FIFA 22 Discussion (Console Versions)

While there seems to be a giant improvement on animations compared to FIFA21, i don't see them anywhere near PES21 levels so far. Let's see what sliders can do to tone down the speed in dribbling and turning.
 
Just watched the clip about your own team creation.
So not only you cant pick any sponsors, but you also cant create a third kit? Only home/away?? Wow...

I can live without third kit, but GK only generic with no option to create/edit?!

Also i think stadium customization need to be available in edit menu and to be used for all mods.

I cant. I think its very poor. And it breaks immersion for me. You cant go by some cool patern and then have one different one as a backup. You need to go complete opposite, to make sure nothing ever clashes. Like black and yellow. But even with that - you play against Borussia or Watford and you have to change their home kits as well.
Not having third kit it a huge let down for me.

Good that it's about to get sorted though.
I haven't changed broadband since -02 ,I've had 100/100 for almost 20 years ,which nowadays isn't impressive ,but back then (hello pirate bay) it was.

Hope you'll get it soon.

I had the beta and was hoping they'd improve before full release but clearly not!

It's just the Pro Clubs creation added to Career Mode; can't even pick the specific colours of the shorts and socks, so if you wanted blue shirt, white shorts, red socks, you can't do it. It's so incredibly limited.

Hopefully it's something they improve on, as the concept is good, but I've gone from being hyped to not really being arsed about it.

This man touches sliders to have a shity opposant. It's a custom legendary. It's on the first footage he made on FIFA 22 beta. Don't worry for that.

I do worry, because Fifa has had bad ai defending for some time now.
I looked some more of this vid (even though i can't stand the hyper commentary of this guy.....is he on speed?) and you can clearly see that the ai does not engage at all.
I have not played the game yet so I can only judge the vids right now, but as said previous Fifa's suffer from the same problem so I have little faith sliders can really fix this.
Looking forward to all the reviews.

Tomorrow you will see many videos of gamers, not Game Changer. More goals, more views! In a video, he can't score so he has changed sliders to score more goals by using the near post goal bug.

Tbh the videos shown to date suggest this is easy as shitting in a toilet bowl.
I am yet to be impressed by the ai and the difficulty.

Yeah it’s not for me either. No sponsor etc is immersion breaking for me - yes you get teams without sponsors but it’s very rare in England. Even most non league clubs have a sponsor now.

I’ll be playing as a real EFL side as usual- IF this game is any good, and I’ve got serious doubts that it will be a big improvement on FIFA 21.

It still looks so previous fifa-ish in terms of the how quick a player can move/change direction and pass the ball :(. I don't like the feeling when i tried fifa 21 :(.
 
To rigid and agile (fast to move) in the same time, too fast in building. Physics looks very basic.
Defending seems really "i got to go and tackle to win the ball or he has to give me de ball" and cutting line is inexistant.
Perpahps a reason there could be very strong GK or it would be tennis scores.

Well, i can't tell if it looks better than FIFA 21, that i tried but didn't buyed for the first time in 12 FIFA years.

Any sliders can't fix what i saw, i see already how that stuff play since 15 years i'm watching football games videos...
Well it's like a Fifa 20 or 21, that's really Hypermotion?
I really don't saw what's Hypermotionned in there (well if "hyper" mean "speed of agility", yes then)

It's not even to me the level of the 19 (if i remember it was acceptable, just didn't liked it) or 17 (basis was good, physics was at least).
But they got cinematics and you can build your team. One thing i couldn't care (still prefers to choose real team which participating on a real league so)

Sincerely, i'm not even pissed, but i'm surprised how standing robotic are the players when they dribble and the ball seems "tik-tak-tok"
I won't buy that game like if AI doing long shoots matters when i see all the rest.

Yes without any doubt. EA reads us😂. I will test it tomorrow and upload some videos to analysed. I can't stand. I saw some issues but i hope I can fixed its. Finger crosses!🤞

He's complaining that it's "clunky" and "too sluggish". Then I went onto his Twitch channel and saw him playing old-gen FUT which looks utter wank and basically identical to 21, yet he seems to prefer it. If YouTube/Twitch idiots are saying they don't like it then it's usually because the game is more realistic and they can't pull off all of the cheese moves they did in the previous game, unfortunately they also have enough sway that it probably won't last very long.
 
Has anyone been able to pre-download the game on Xbox séries X? Or is it just available tomorrow? I want to use the 10h trial of EA Play to test it, but I cannot seem to find the game on gamepass, and if I try to download on Xbox app it does nothing .
