I'm talking about this year 2019, the European teams are weaker and the English teams are stronger, 4 English teams in the 2 euro finals would prove that plus the money in the Premier league and if you look at the transfers a team like wolves can sign players from Milan without any problems, I just think the game should reflect the power shift and financial power of the English teams and adjust the starts accordingly, all good

Financially yes,stats yes,and last season yes!
But will that be a factor this year as well?
Man city has as many CL trophies as my Div 6 team I played for,so does spurs.
Not a guarantee that will pan out to be successful.
Klopp has made a tremendous job at Liverpool,Pep still has a long way to go.
Last year was a tremendous lift for the PL in the Euros,but they've been a financial powerhouse for 10+ year without much succes really.
Money buys you a lot,not necessarily success long term,takes a lot more than that (Klopp being a great example)

And i agree stats should matter in a game,even though I find it more fun playing with less good teams on FIFA,mainly because it keeps the game less frantic

FiFA 11 Xbox 360/Ps3 plays almost like FiFA 12.

Fifa 11 Ps3 port is playable on Rpcs3 now, so I played it for quite a while now. Even the match intro scenes are present like Fifa 12 unlike Fifa 11 pc where all you see is 2 seconds of closeup shot of players. Goal celebrations camera angles are worse than pc port too.

With that being said, if you liked Fifa 12, then chances are you might like the ps3 port of Fifa 11. I liked it. The gameplay felt fluid and responsive, something that I always prefer over unresponsive gameplay.
But, it is kinda fast. So you probably won't like it either.

As for graphics, its not much different. But one thing that baffles me is that the kit wrinkle normal map on pc ports of Fifa 11 to 13 are inverted whereas they are fine on Ps3/X360 ports. Don't know how EA managed to screw something simple like that but it's something that I couldn't not notice.

Firmino being lfcs most important player in the front 3 is only 86.
Good to see Mane and Gini upgraded to 88 and 84. But Mane should be in 90s along with Alisson, Salah and VVD who are.

I’m trying not to look at these with my scouse specs on but....

Martial of united is 83 - madness.
Sigursson of Everton 83???

Good to see Tielemans of Leicester get an upgrade to 80. Probably should be a bit more though. Class player.

No, just no.

Liverpool actually have some average players with a sprinkling of brilliance and a very strong spine but Klopp (in my opinion) is the new Alex Ferguson and gets the best out of this teams. No-one in the world would have envisaged a midfield containing Jordan Henderson would lift the Champions League and push Man City all the way but they did.

Sorry everyone, off topic, but could you share any special rpcs3 cpu/gpu/advanced settings or are you using defaults? I can get a couple of these old fifa games to run but they always crash rpcs3 while playing (but maybe my hardware is crap).

Every team has some average players even City.
Lfc got to 2 CL league finals and got 96 points so must have some decent players

I didn’t say they don’t have decent players. I’m simply saying that Matip is never the second best CB in the Premier League. VVD makes him look good. And Liverpool DO have some average players surrounded by very good ones.

Henderson, Gini, Milner don’t get near Man City’s team.

Anyway this off topic.

I do agree that Premier is the strongest League out there (although not on your extremes), however if you are referring to Cutrone you are off base, he was already doing basically always bench last year after Milan signed Piatek on january and he would have saw the field even less this season, now that they also bought Rafael Leao. Not like Wolves took them any central player.
 
i dont know if the video by @Redhat is new,or its old,only uploaded 2 days ago,seria b teams are unlicensed again,and they have license to make them official,i guess same thing will be with teams from league 1/2 in england Home and away kits original with numbers,sponsor,logo and GK jersey will be unofficial/fake with number on them only
So lazy and bad by EA

I've just watched Chris's video and yours. The reason why one is slow and the other is quicker is because of camera modes.

Your video is Co-Op camera zoomed out which is ALWAYS slower. Both FIFA and PES's speed are hugely dependant on the camera you use, it's been this way for years.
 
Will it be possible to change the name of Piemonte Calcio in Juventus? I would like to start a new career with real name of team...
