Wow, am surprised to see the negativity on here. Only have a PC, so this is my first experience with the Ignite engine, and I'm pretty blown away.
Running like butter with no tweaks, and the presentation is pretty incredible. Some of the replays of fouls are ridiculously realistic - the way players feet collide with shins and what not.
Will have to play a few dozen matches to get a feel, but having played a lot of FIFA 14, I've noticed the following differences:
- The ball slows down! Long passes aren't useless now. Madness.
- Shots feel fine to me.
- The CPU has totally pwned me 3 or 4 times with tricky players. Nasri left my Matic flat on his ass with a quick stepover/side step
- Slow players feel slow, smaller players feel pretty nimble. Need to play a lot more before I can tell if passing/shooting/skills are any different
- I've had a lot of keeper parries already. Pretty concerning. Should be fixable, and the animations tend to look great.
- I will never understand why the kit text is so difficult for EA. Really distracting how bad it is seeing SILVA stretched out unrealistically
