I have just played a few matches and I am glad I didn't preorder it.
It plays and looks weird:
-It is too fast even on slow setting
-Every player turns and dribbles like Messi
-Running animation is weird
-Obvious fouls not called
-Overpowered GKs with super human reactions and superfast animation when saving
-In team management menu you cannot see opposition teams players?!
-In team management menu you cannot see remaining number of subs?!
-Defenders are bad, worse than in previous FIFA. It is super easy to outrun them and out-dribble them.
-Midfield is non-existent when defending
-There is some weird camera movement when it suddenly moves very fast trying to catch-up with the ball.

I think it's more a case of tweaking the setup / Nvidia Control Panel to disable something that's making it juddery, it's not running slow/laggy as such just there's some kind of micro stutter to it all.
Ah, I have to apologise... it was a problem on my end - the game had selected the integrated graphics card on my laptop... after switching it to the proper one, it runs really good on High settings. It's awfully optimised, and almost no FPS improvement when you switch to Low...
If ain't broken, don't fix it.EDIT2: I'm also new to this PC setting stuff. I just out everything on high. I went to my nvidia panel and there were many things that were off. Do I turn everything on and max?
Honestly I don't want to watch any more vids. Just don't want anything ruining this experience for me. Thanks anywayI'm totally with LAMI. And Im a guy who stopped playing FIFA14 2 months after release. I actually smashed my old controller, and am now regretting my decision. Mouseclicks dont cut it for me.
EDIT: LAMI, there are a few gameplay vids of the FULL GAME on Youtube. It looks much improved from the demo and people have ONLY had positives.
Thanks I'll try that.Lami, you can try turn on and ramp up the AA and AF, to remove/tone down the jag.

Regarding the game, it's unfortunate it's so CPU dependent and only works with quad-core processors (my GPU is at 50% load during gameplay). It seems I'll try to upgrade motherboard+CPU+PSU, as the socket is very old (775), and keep the same GPU. 4 GB of RAM are not the problem, as the game only uses around 1-1.5 GB.
what are your laptop specs?Ah, I have to apologise... it was a problem on my end - the game had selected the integrated graphics card on my laptop... after switching it to the proper one, it runs really good on High settings.
Just a bit of stuttering as Placebo explained. But it definitely runs very good on my not-so-great laptop.
As for the game itself, I'm actually enjoying it (playing on Slow of course), seems like there's literally TONNES of stuff that I hadn't seen in FIFA 14. The variety is one of the things I like the most as of now - as opposed to 14 this feels very different indeed. Haven't had a GK howler yet too.
All in all, I'm leaning towards a purchase If I find it for a good price online.
that is quite stupid
You should be able to max the game out not too sure about your processor tho.please someone let me know if the game can run smoothly on high at 720p -

what are your specs lami ?Honestly I don't want to watch any more vids. Just don't want anything ruining this experience for me. Thanks anyway
Thanks I'll try that.
This laptop is an 8 core cpu so maybe I'm quite lucky there.
that is quite stupid
Omg they even have a realistic Joe Hart.
what are your specs lami ?
i am surprised that your graphics card can run the game no wonder u claim the pace is spot on maybe the controls are lagging a bit. I suggest u play and ps4 to have a well formed opinion.
Intel Core i7-4702MQ 2.2GHz, 8GB RAM, Nvidia GT 740M 4GB.
I'm thought this wasn't good enough tbh. But I'm not good with PC gaming specs and all that since I'm new to all this. I'm used to consoles.
the 740m is a lower midrange card for laptops it means the game isnt demanding at alli am surprised that your graphics card can run the game no wonder u claim the pace is spot on maybe the controls are lagging a bit. I suggest u play and ps4 to have a well formed opinion.
