Surely that line-up is too offensive, Rakitic and Iniesta along with Busquets is light.

Suarez does his fair share of leg work so will help. I could see some variation of 4-2-2-2 to start the season with Suarez and Messi upfront whilst Neymar is injured.
 
I'd prefer Messi on the right, Neymar on the left and Suarez in the middle. Messi wanders anyway and so does Suarez.

In my opinion Claudio Bravo is better
 
Rakitic could easily play in a same role as he did for Croatia at the World Cup, slightly deeper supporting Busquets. I wonder who they'll get as right-back, I suppose Barça could go for Cuadrado as a wing-back and then play Montoya or Bartra in bigger matches for more defensive cover.

Puyol (Retired)
Valdés (Free)
Pinto (Free)
Alexis (30m)
Song (15m)
Xavi (Maybe, if he wants to leave and the interest from the Middle East is real)
Cuenca (5m)
Bojan (5m)
Afellay (7m)
Tello (10m)

That adds up to 105m from sold players, which should finance Suarez and perhaps Cuadrado.

Yeah I meant Montoya. Didn't Bartra play right-back that night at the Allianz though?
 
been given Sanchez shirt too, im guessing that's why it hasn't been announced as waiting on Sanchez to sort his future first.
 
I couldn`t enjoy Bale and Ronaldo playing in the EPL, until they left . Now, I`m going to really enjoy Suarez tearing things up for Barcelona next season :))

I always admire players like them...but through envy :) (EPL)
 
I'm sad Sánchez is departing from us. I loved the kid and I think he is a much much better player than most Barcelona fans think he is.

I guess he will have a great performance at Arsenal, and in some way, then a lot of Barcelona fans will admire him... through envy ;)

talkSPORT state that they have spoken to manager Arsene Wenger in Brazil, who informed them that the deal is "almost done" and that completion is set to occur tomorrow.

remember Arsenal don`t do payment plans ...they wire £££ it ALL!
 
Poor move from Barça. Really believe that Alexis Sánchez will be one of best player in the world in a few years. The amount of money spent on Suárez does not make the transfer a good one, specially when you had to sell Alexis to close that deal.
 
Yeah Suarez playing for Barcelona makes it a bit awkward, were always my preferred choice between Real but I can't support that guy.
