eFootball PES 2020 Discussion Thread (PC)

I've used the Steam guide posted on here a few days ago, and looked at all the Depot and Manifest information for the game but sadly, unless I have done the process incorrectly, there is no v1.0 for the game that we can downgrade back to, so we have no choice but to start with this v1.1.1.0

I cant really understand step 6 how to see the manifests on the site. I dont have that menu meanwhile the depot and dlc options are available today. Does it need more time?

How did you do step 6? Perhaps the "release" ID is the original exe from June 3rd.
 
Just installed! So hyped. Pesuniverse site is constantly down for me, but luckily I got to download it earlier. Don't get the option file to import tho, thats sad. Gives me constant import errors. Wanna plaaaaay! :)

There's no reason to play the unpatched version. Ver. 1.01.01 is absolutely great and it's hands down the best recreation of football in a videogame ever. Yes there were more fouls in the demo but a lot of them were bad calls stopping the flow of the game. This is fixed+the cpu AI is massively revamped. You can check my impressions on the ps4 thread.

Isnt should be the default game? Something is going on with that 20gigs. I really hope im downloading the retail game again :D

ok first question, how to disable ball cursor ?
Will demo file do the job ?

Is it normal that settings doesn't have inpu1 , input2, vsync off ?

Please let me know which version it is when you got it. The default one (e.g. the one you'd usually download from Steam) plays good provided that the speed is -1 (it feels similar to the demo's default speed this way) but I'd really love to have some more fouls. I've won 2 and given 2 away in 2 matches (while at the beginning of the demo I'd give away 4 or 5 and in the late days of the demo, after they patched it, I'd give away 2 to 3 per match on average).

First touch also looks more accurate if we compare it to the demo I think. It's not 100% perfect, luckily we still see some first touches go astray, but most of the times players would control the ball better than they'd do in the demo.
I still don't know whether it's a good thing or not.

By the way, by the looks of it teams do have some personality.
I mean, I played Corinthians against Goias and Goias would hoof the ball forward as soon as they were given the chance (insert the sound of the audience booing here). I then tried Cyprus against San Marino, and San Marino played a calmer type of football. They hoofed it up a couple of times when they had the chance bot nowhere as constantly as Goias did.
 
Question, I am banging my head against the wall here.

With the demo, I used a mod that "unlocked" the Legends, and had to I recall use the dt36_g4.cpk (7gb or so in size) file from PES 2019 to be able to have the faces etc. I noticed though that the Legends didnt play at all as anything special, CPU Ronaldinho against me most certainly not doing any of his tricks that we can see in Konami's preview videos. I put it down, at the time, to the Player ID's not being in the game via this method....

So I now try the same on the full game, using Junior Mantis's Option file, all the Legends unlocked nicely, i have setup CPU World Legends vs CPU World Legends, and have tried Professional, Top Player, Superstar levels, sat back and watched around 10 matches at the various levels............and still, none of the players appear to be anything special, and again, CPU Ronaldinho has not done a single trick yet, not even his ball on chest special trick which i noticed Ronaldo (CR7) was doing a few times on the demo version.

So my question here is this. Are the Legends, unlocked in this fashion, the actual same Legends in terms of Player ID that I would get for the "on loan Ronaldinho for 10 games" in Standard or useable all the time in the Legends full game version, of are the Legends unlocked like this not the real Player ID Legends that available in the game by going the "official" route?

And on the subject of skills, I am seeing very few generally from the CPU in the full game, I watched PSG vs PSG (CPU CPU again) an hour ago and Neymar did nothing to look like the real Neymar, I recall in 2019 he was doing his signature skills quite often. But the Legends issue above seems to maybe be a different issue i.e. are these Legends by getting them into the game by this method not really the full Player ID versions...

I loved them too, I must have missed something. It would be too idiotic to have removed them
