but there's something like an "events" section where you can select different online/offline tournaments to enter (to win credits and all that rubbish). Right now, there's an "international cup" event you can play offline, and you're given international squads to play with/against (complete with kits etc. in most places) - though I don't think they're the actual World Cup squad selections - in a World Cup format, vs AI (whatever difficulty you like).
