eFootball (All Platforms)

You know what's honestly most upsetting? Konami could miraculously fix the gameplay's core problems and give players the best on pitch experience ever in football gaming. And it won't mean a thing to me because there's no master, there's no become a legend, there's no replacements for either of them, and there won't be ones any time soon.
 
Apology is not the main issue here . Apology is not said just to be told . You must act accordingly and targeting all the aspects of the game to be improved. All . If you release something like demo again but with the base of 2021 game is not an apology is ups I did it again .
 
I get the impression this is going to be a PES 2014 - PES 2015 scenario whereby they scrap all the good & interesting parts.

There's no doubt efootball was a complete mess but some of the ideas & mechanics I quite enjoyed.

It sounds like a "revert-back-to-type" job more than a general improvement to what was already there. I hope I'm wrong though & am still looking forward to playing it regardless.
 
Only thing different is no-bugs compared to original ... cant see anything else.

They could not copy-paste nets from PES 2021, and they are still brick wall.

And game feels faster = more arcade.
 
Ball physics look better especially when shooting but defensive AI still bad, allowing ball to go right through them.

edit: having watched the full video I think its obvious these guys are playing on a very low level of difficulty, they're not even that good and hammering the ai so its hard to make a call on it, when you play pes on the medium or middle setting the ai is asleep, it just lets you waltz past them. Hopefully the higher difficulty settings would have much better ai.

Do you have the impression that the L1 + right joystick to make ball calls is back...?
Because it is missing a lot in the construction of the offensive phases
 
Watching the Japanese guys play & it looks like an absolute pressing fest. They mentioned how dribbling seems virtually impossible now.....

No time on the ball at all.

Hopefully it's something to relearn & not eradicated completely
 
The only "Online" mode if i could say they can't do without it, it's Edit mode, at least for the kits and teams info. That's for sure will be available.

Too much big teams and leagues with Manchester Blue A with ugly kits and fakes names.
Even offline, without kits to import and info the game is already dead > Liga and PL especially completely fakes.

I won't play it as long as you can't edit players (as there's tons of mistakes like every years) neither doing at least a League.
So in 2024-25 season perhaps i will try it... Due to one word that killed my mood.

I like what i see, i won't lie. It's more reactive but not that fast. I ain't WTF like when i saw Efootball first version and even 9.0 > the game seems at least following a football logic even with a lowered difficulty of course.
About pace, i'm playing Golden Era games (PS2) FTM and it's at least 1.25% faster/dynamic than what i see. And i don't even talk about the concurrent.
It's dynamic like PES 2017, but with PES 2021 kind of physics.

...But whatever, all i said or think doesn't matter.
The sentence about "others modes : eventually" totally killed my interest for that game.
It means it's not even sure. I will check time to time when modes will cames, and which ones. Not surprised that there's nothing at the launch, but the fucking word EVENTUALLY... It concerns even Online players lol.
But it's also possible they contains their words after the gigantic fiasco from last year.

It's by default (circle and arrow) and they're too lazy or want to play it ASAP.
There's a similar stuff on Fifa 20 and 21 (there's a name for it on Fifa, like "Fifa coach" i don't know the translation but in french it's a bit like that) don't remember on FIFA 22 if it's from defaut... I remove it directly so i don't remember.

But that's also there since PES 2019 mobile... Mobile's vibes are there.
