eFootball (All Platforms)

So this is their pes22?:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL: Why the hell did they delay it a year to get an even bigger mess than pes21? So these Japanese ... I had a good opinion of them, but when it comes to playing football, I think they're just idiots.

No this is new football project for Android.

So people complaining for nothing. But indeed, KONAMI could wrote this on their website.

A lot of it has to do with the mobile version. The fact that the game comes with a circle with arrows under your player by default is just further proof of that.

My think its correct because they can't do that bad many things worse than 2021. I think they are trying it with the mobile version so that fifa is not inspired.

Also I don't understand why they would go to the effort of creating this hybrid of a game just for some server stress tests, and then ask players for feedback about the specific gameplay of that hybrid. Surely if they were just going to bin it afterwards they're not going to be taking on feedback about shooting and the referees.

Personally I think its far more likely they've struggled to get to grips with the Unreal engine and this is the best they can come up with, hence the near radio silence from them.

This situation shows how nowdays people are. How easy is to judge with no brain, no assesment. Just to give a hate

what it shows is what happens when you release a really poor football game with zero explanation of what it is, 3 months before you're due to release your first game on a new engine on a new console having released only a squad update the year prior.

The application of all the brain power in the world isnt going to make "New Football Test" a good game in any context on any platform.

You're telling me they're testing their servers for Pitch Clash (the game you listed in your comment) which is an autoplay/card/manager mobile game by utilizing a game that isn't Pitch Clash whatsoever on platforms in which (presumably) Pitch Clash won't be released on? You don't directly control the players in Pitch Clash. How does that make sense.

They've already announced Pitch Clash a few months back, why would they elect NOT to use the name in which they already revealed for a test that they're doing several months later?

It was clearly said online test, dont look on anything else. Its not even named efootball orr next pes. No official annoucement. People are looking for a sensation
So what game is this then and why was it created? Why are we providing feedback on it? This is the problem when Konami don't tell us anything.

Also we've been through this before in 2008 and 2014.

I've just gone onto pes 2021 to play a few master league games and.... IT ACTUALLY FEELS LESS HEAVY AND MORE RESPONSIVE than this new game 😂😂 oh my god. I really really hope this is nothing like the final version cause it's an absolute disaster show if it is.

No, they testing online game servers for PES 2022. Not for the other game.
But indeed, the YT i give was a manager game. My fault..

This explaines it.
Seems it is a mobile pes. But Konami uses it for test connections and avoid showing real game

I think that this is close the deal. The want not to show the real game, so the used mobile game. Its nothing but the real deal.

Its only for testing the online servers. I think the lag problems, the connection etc.
They even could play pong on it to get feedback. But they had given "us" a mobile game instead.

I don't know why they not think about pc gamers. They have servers too.

To be clear I'm not in any way arguing with you...do you find it bizarre konami confirmed this to major gaming sites as pes 2022? Do you think it's a communication error?

Sorry, I don't understand Konami anymore.... 🙄😐

So many questions and no response from Konami.
This open the gates for fakenews and other bs.

I wish I could be as optimistic as you, but I think what we see is close to what we will get.

Sorry but PES 2021 is better and more beautiful than this. Why do you think KONAMI makes it worse, when it is nextgen?
I don't get it.

I think it is. Meaby they spoke with a newbie at konami who knows nothing..

They have written on the site "its only for testing online gaming". News about the game and releasedate comes end of July. So it is very obvious they won't show us anything about PES 2022 until that date.

They just used a older game to test new servers. Maeby new football project with some tweaks, that you can play it instead of watch it. Maeby a mobile version (the cirkle around the players is very mobile like).
Its just 6 GB (i thought so) and PES 2022 is next gen, with a new engine. So we know it would be much bigger. PES 5 is already 6 GB.

Sorry for my bad english, i am a dutch guy.

No, I appreciate you replying, and your english is pretty damn good, especially compared to my Dutch!

What you say does make me wonder a little, and the game size is tiny... it's just perverse that konami do this now if it is just some other project...

Well while i'm actually enjoying it so far and doesn't seem anywhere near as toxic as the PES 2021 online experience, mostly because it seems pretty difficult to score goals which leads to a bit of the excitement and less of that deflating feeling that as soon as your defender fails it's a guaranteed goal...

...The test is at least justified because I can't seem to score a goal without the game disconnecting me or crashing. It's not my opponent quitting because they're not always losing or out of the contest when I do score and it crashes when my opponent scores aswell.

So i'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue?

I don't know how can you say this has nothing to do with Pes when the survey they put here

https://www.konami.com/wepes/obt/en/ps5/survey

specifically asks what we think about the gameplay. They are clearly asking for feedback about the game. This is the game we will have on release, it will be more polished but this is it.
