eFootball (All Platforms)

It's something to exploit to be brought i would say.
Any new modes will be paid, and i believe (i said believe, no need to jump on your keyboard) there will be small offline mode like the "unlock" for some offline stuffs.

Well, there's only one free version now (before there was PesLite) so... And like @Bogo36 said there's anything to give for the players.
It's more were i see a big disrespect : the game is out, F2P, not even a simple mode to unlock.
And it's also very WTF as they don't gain anything, perhaps the number of DDL bring some money i'm not at all on it.

Like said way earlier, it's a Demo-Beta in every ways to me. The rest is still "under construction" well they can't release that without something behind.
I ain't on their side but from a business side of view, that's what i would do if the same mode in preparation to be sold 4.99 for example is already modded to be played.

Btw where Durandil sorted out those "7 months" ?
Never heard of it anywhere, neither in his data check of the game. Only that ML was on the code and another mode.

[WARNING] Regarding Unauthorised Actions28/04/2022
We have identified some users that are using unauthorised means to gain access to teams that are originally unavailable in Trial Match mode.

If we confirm that someone is tampering the game in an unauthorised manner, as in this case, we may take appropriate actions in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Your understanding is much appreciated.

Well damn, if theyre going to start banning the FPS unlocker aswell, then its fully dead in the water for me
https://www.konami.com/efootball/en/topic/news/128
I feel like throwing up 🤢

Yup seems like they will keep monitoring the files when you start up the game and the moment somethings different that they dont like. Boom banhammer... We will see in the long haul how they enforce this but tampering with files or adding/injecting files just became a slippery slope. Insanity
And they have people for that...and not for developing the game...
This will be checked manually bc im 100% if u temper with any specific files u get kicked out from the match or not find opponents automatically. For example gameplay mods do that.

You are completely right, but i guess they just look at FIFA and see how much money stupid kids put in the game to open packs to get players and want their part of it. The modding (PC) community is just a small piece they think they can sacrifice for the ultimate Dreamteam money. Does anybody really believe that things like Master League and other offline modes are not in the game because they are not finished yet?
Kimura the guy who is charged in efootball section said clearly they do not have any plans about a ML but it will come out at some point and they even do not know in what format will come, its seems they have thought about ML but no when comes out and how so is like they have not started to work into it they are spending all the time in their super main mode dream team and everything else like edit mode and offline modes fuck them. Old pes days with good offlines modes are finished forever, we need to understand this is the new model of making money in gaming industry and I hate it

F2P is the future, online connexion for every game. That console gen is a transition to the "all digital".

I like technology things in sports and all, in game, but i hate so much the "progress", were Video-games are going.
Well, not only on VG...

So why we have the best AI for over a decade or more?
Its almost sure they did not go out there way to work on it, just copied the codes from pes21 where they simply just did not work under that crapy fox engine.

Maybe old games will be glorified

But even the "only digital" is already an insult for collectors.
I remember when we complained and there was mockery about the XOne who imposed to people to connect online for playing.

Now it's the standard, and everyone deal with it.

The thing is there's "trends and fashions" (just for some years) and "progress/advancement" (stuffs that will change forever)
What i see is we're in the progress/advancemement.

But there's tons of stuffs that were better before, the 2nd big step isn't a seal of quality. Changing isn't always good.
And i'm not doing the boomer or whatever here.
But to me it's clear that were we go in terms of management/technology isn't a good change at all. Choice is one.

Since the 0.9 version
Ah ok. He played that shit then, and considered it as a "game". Well it's understandable then.

I just tried the game a week ago, because it wasn't even a playable game before to me, but like a tech demo.
Don't hate it, don't love it. Can wait if there's a future. There's a pile of game i didn't really tried that much, or don't remember.
Not searching the super tech NG game, for the moment especially as i'm more on the retro-thread than here so...

Have Konami ever combated modding before (publicly)?

I'm pretty shocked. I often wonder if their employees have any idea what modding goes on - because the people working on this game aren't necessarily big football fans or football game fans like we are.

Imagine you work for a software developer, and you're told to work on a golf game. But you don't give a crap about golf. You've just been told "hey guys, we need you to make a moneyspinner, a sports-themed game people will throw money at and get addicted to levelling up". (That's what is going on at Konami and EA, as far as I know.)

If a tiny community of your players (on a platform that has a much smaller userbase compared to console) make a mod that adds all the official golfers and events for offline players, I don't think you'd ever see it - because when you clock off, you aren't Googling your own game and following YouTube links that take you to modding communities that take you down a wormhole of modding... You're just going home and watching Netflix.

The company will have community guys whose job it is to see and hear this stuff, but Konami's version of that is one guy who sends out a survey asking if you think the Dream Team cards look cool enough. Their social media team is there to publish updates, not read any comments. It's essentially a bot.

Either way, even if they knew, they wouldn't give a shit. All they know is that people are "getting around" their clearly purposeful 5 minute restriction (this isn't an oversight, it's to make you bored enough to try online, hopefully get addicted and splash the cash).

If they kill modding before there's even a Master League... I mean. What a tragedy that will be, truly, for the community they have already spat on in making this mobile-focused, contentless game.

(Though the mobile market will be big enough and spendy enough that they won't give a stunning kick about us.)

Totally agree

If they want to fuck pes modding community do not hesitate they will and there will not be modding sections in his online game

I dont know how many of you noticed that but most of animations are still same with previous games. They added just few animations. Like player turns, few goalkeeper saves. There is no something new.
They've changed defence system and I liked that. But even defence, tackle, shoulder tackle animations from PES 2021. They just turned into them manual. We are doing that tackles with different keys.
I still dont understand what have they done since 2019 ? They were doing well since 2015 but they screwed up again. I'm playing this series since PES 3 and I cant accepting this. Next gen PES with UE Engine was a huge hop for me.

For me a football game without a proper ML and offline modes, leagues, cups does not have sense at all, when you watch football in tv do you know what are you watching? you watch cups uefa champions league, europa league etc, league matches, world cups, european cups etc, you do not see dream team modes or shit like that, I remember with nostalgy world tour mode from pes 2008 and thats something will never come back

Same for me ... and you also didnt mention --- AI Barcelona need to play like real Barcelona, AI Atl.Madrid like real Atl.Madrid
You cant have that playing online agaist someone ...

What sense have playing with J. Cruyff, Messi, Mbappe, Maradona, Guti at the same team? I hate this new modes in football games seriously...

Don't blame them tbh. They're a business. They're there to make money. Money which hasn't come since the sales of PES has been literally a fraction of what EA pick up. And I can only assume their actions are showing that a paid offline mode is in the works, even if just a fully unlocked exhibition mode first off. Ultimate team makes money, as idiots spend spend spend to buy the best team (a bit like real-life tbh), and so Konami look over and think 'we can do with some of that'. The console and PC market doesn't have it for them, but mobile does. Hence the heavy focus on mobile cross-platform gaming. It did backfire. But that will still be the end game I think. But as long as Fifa has licenses and an exhibition mode, or people keep making patches for PES6/2021 or whatever, we should have the current season in game form at the least.

KONAMI continued with the same Gameplay Engine, but they added the Motion Matching technique, which is used in several games and perhaps this technique added more fluidity, because it's a technique that uses the algorithm to choose the animations in real time.

About Master League

Correct Translate

Can we expect to see the return of the "Master League" mode that existed in the "Winning Eleven" era in the future?

Kimura:
There have been a lot of requests for the return of the Master League. I can't talk about specifics yet, but I will just say that it is in development.

i played with this directions ......

Training Mode, the key to everything

  • Step 1: Access the Training Mode from the extras menu and select "Free Training".
  • Step 2: Once on the pitch, open the pause menu > settings > training settings.
  • Step 3: Adjust the difficulty level of the match and expand the number of players to 11.
  • Step 4: Choose the "home and away" setting to be able to access the full list of teams.
  • Step 5: Close the configuration menu, return to training and you can play a match (time is unlimited) with the team of your choice.
all teams are accesamble and you can play in a satisfaction manner
