Possibly its the same game. The release with an auto update just unlocks the teams and exhibition match.
 
This whole thing is like waiting for a date where you saw photos of her from about 5 years ago and she looked ok but the last photo you saw of her on social media made her look like a river troll. Meanwhile, her good looking from a distance sister (FIFA) has had too much plastic surgery and can't open her mouth and frown at the same time.

I think it's a bit like - after 25 years of buying (sometimes brilliant) burgers from a (sometimes brilliant) restaurant - I'm now crossing my fingers that tomorrow's free bun is edible.

I have to say it, the negativity in this post exceeds any rational level. Man: the thread (call it an RIP thread, call it an eFootball thread experience, no one cares) is OPTIONAL. If you don't like what's coming up in the thread then don't enter or contribute to it. VERY simple. It's not like the thread participants are obligated to please or entertain you. Go peruse another thread or do something else.

I look forward to playing the game I've been slagging off for about 3 months for two reasons; (1) if it's poop, I'm coming here for a therapy session where we can all bitch and come to possibly an illegal plan to burn down Konami's HQ in Japan, and (2) if it's fantastic, I'm going to go back and edit my old posts and say "we should just give it a chance lads."

Yes, should be.

Thing is PS4 standard games should be available for most decent modern mobbile phones with a few graphic elements dubbed down slightly so Konami have no excuse whatsoever for any gameplay flaws!

Essentially a modern phone should act like the PSP used to do.
