And we are the dinosaurs? These are the guys who obsess over having a front 3 of Maradona, Cruyff and Pele. Like, get with the times!

That's hilarious. Casually viewing the official tweets linked here and noticing an individual replying to every single one with the same message like a desperate-to-be-noticed K-pop stan is hardly what you would call "rent free". This forum however seems to occupy a special place in his mind. Looks like he sees himself as some kind of future SpoonyPizzas or TTB and that's why he's sucking up to them, quite sad really.

Also from what I've seen reasoned positivity is always welcomed here, and if anything a lot of people are even grateful for it when they themselves can't see much reason to be positive. The only time there is a negative reaction is when it starts to cross into gaslighting, overhyping or irrational defences of the indefensible.

Of course I hope the likes of The_Knight are proven right when this thing is released, but the recent signals only seem to be pointing towards the worst of our expectations.

Zero need to apologise. I make light of it all the time! I actually had my first seizure while playing PES2 (well, watching PES2 - I was waiting for my turn) and I thought that was it, game(s) over. But turns out only 3% of cases are light-sensitive. So a common misconception, and allowed me to play a shit ton more PES to this very day!

Remind me of Boeing ... when company was in hand of engineers it produced best planes in world. When it was in hands of accountants and wall street planes fall from sky and people died.

When KONAMI was in hands of programers and developers they produced PES, Metal Gear Solid etc ... today its in hands of accountants and marketing managers who puts money in gambling mechanics and Neymar tweet .... and minimal salary for those two guys developing game.
 
Remember seeing a twitter reply to officialefootball of an user edited UI.

Just by changing blue to black, yellow to white, and the logo to silver it made the whole UI 1000% better, arguably classy.

A lot of people repeating this but I really do think the match settings will have normal time limits. It's an incomplete game that is a glorified demo, but I think they actually want to get people hooked on the game in order to drive those lootbox preorders, and they've no chance of doing that with such short matches. It was probably just some standard practice thing for a playtest version.

Thank Fowler for that!! I watched that the other night convinced (and usually the clues are obvious that its fake) it was EF 2022. It made me change my positive mind on how the game will look and play.

Hopes are back up now...
 
I wanted to see if I could download this demo experience before the release, found it and it started downloading NFG? I deleted that as fast as I could, there's no way the demo experience release can be the same thing?

No way mate everybody knows its an amazing new demo like experience
But they dont stop yet because theres a newer version that only a few selected people played and its even more advanced and have captain tsubasa kicks

Zero chance its built like a Demo in terms of match length, it will be full length matches, I will stake my life on it *****

This is their way to get us the gameplay tonight/tmrw, maybe they were held up with COVID and felt they could release it like this and the rest in November?

***** I might just die tomorrow...
 
Its not going to be realistic anyway, as the video we have all already seen that is on Steam right now has Utd actually scoring a goal and not being sliced open 12 times in the first half at home.

So its arcadey then and not life like....


COME ON VILLAREAL!!!
