Atletico to be played away from home at the first leg is a nice luck for us. Sweet revenge for 2012 Super Cup.

I hope the scousers have 1 very big reason for hating you come the 28th!

Win or draw, either is fine. Just do not lose

Come on, Jose, show the pupil who is boss!

Arrogance is bliss , but knowing from your other post it might be sheer self- confidence. Oh,I dislike Mourinho! I careless who wins tbh. FACup is the biggest trophy in the world next to 4th spot.

Bastards, taking down our undefeated home record, and using Borini of all people to take us down. We'll show you :)

yeah hopefully you will, hopefully Sunderland will stay in PL and you get the chance next season to show them ;)

i only hope we can repay them by beating Norwich ;)

jose is one funny showman

He's a prick.

And i hope to see him this funny more offten, he cant stand when he lose/draw same shit everytime , its getting old as those ramsey jokes about "killing people when he score/play" i cant believe how people still find them funny!

Well, despite, how much money Chelsea have spent...

Mourinho still has brought Chelsea into the CL semis and gave an great title challenge to the end, including this amazing home record.

Yeah, I'm not the guy who'd defend Mou but let's not drive him into the ground yet, he's still one of the best managers in the game (IMO).

Mourinho is still a top class manager, but all his teams seem to have a hard time playing dominant football...IMO the easiest match Chelsea still have to play is against Liverpool. They will win that match if Liverpool play like they Always play. In that case Liverpool will attack, Chelsea will sit back and counter attack...Mou didthis withChelsea, with Inter and even with Real Madrid...

He is a very clever manager and he is far from the villain for wich people take him, but his teams Always play froman underdog position...

Chelsea are awful to watch, can't stand Mourinho teams. BOOOORRRIIING.

He looks a different manager these days, he seems bitter. Real Madrid destroyed him.

Mourinho's scheme always relaid upon a reliable striker, which he does not have this season. Solid defense, high pressure and low scoring games. They need that CF (D. Costa, Mandzukic, Cavani, J. Martínez). Next season will be different, they probably will win it. The squad is perfect except for the CF position.

There is one bizarre thing that Marcotti has pointed out: the referee's association won't allow Mike Dean to referee Liverpool matches apparently, because of his background growing up a fan, but do let him do matches like this one. Very odd business if true.

Mourinho might not be at Anfield

The Football Association was consulting lawyers, on Tuesday night, to determine whether Mourinho’s sarcastic praise of Dean and referees' chief Mike Riley constituted a breach of its rules.

Chelsea to discover their fate as Jose Mourinho, Rui Faria and Ramires await decision from Football Association
Trio could face bans after Saturday's fiery Premier League contest with Sunderland

Chelsea will learn today whether Jose Mourinho, Rui Faria and Ramires will all be punished over their conduct during the club’s explosive defeat by Sunderland.

Assistant coach Faria and midfielder Ramires face bans for confronting referee Mike Dean and striking Sebastian Larsson, respectively, while manager Mourinho could be charged over his controversial post-match comments.

The Football Association was still consulting lawyers, on Tuesday night, to determine whether Mourinho’s sarcastic praise of Dean and referees' chief Mike Riley constituted a breach of its rules.

The Portuguese has provided the governing body with an interesting test case as to what precisely constitutes casting doubt on the integrity of officials.

The Faria and Ramires cases are more straightforward.

Mourinho was forced to hold his assistant back from Dean following a Sunderland penalty that ended his astonishing unbeaten home record in the Premier League.

Faria was sent to the stand and will almost certainly be fined or banned from the touchline.

Ramires is sweating on a four-match suspension for an incident that was missed by Dean but will be scrutinised by the FA’s video-review panel.

Meanwhile, Chelsea’s potential title decider against Liverpool will be refereed by Martin Atkinson.

Atkinson refereed this year’s Capital One Cup final between Manchester City and Sunderland.

He also took charge of the 2011 FA Cup final between City and Stoke City but suffered criticism after a semi-final the following season for awarding Chelsea a ‘ghost goal’ against Tottenham Hotspur.

He absolutely called into question the integrity of both Mike Dean and Mike Riley. He has to be banned. As does Ramires.

Mourinho: 'Cech season is over'
By Football Italia staff

Jose Mourinho revealed “Petr Cech’s season is over and I don’t know about John Terry” after Chelsea’s draw with Atletico Madrid.

The first leg of the Champions League semi-final ended 0-0 at the Vicente Calderon, but the night was overshadowed by injuries.

Cech went off after 15 minutes with a dislocated shoulder, while Terry hurt his ankle in the second half in an accidental collision with teammate David Luiz.

“It will be difficult to do without our goalkeeper,” Mourinho told Sky Sport Italia.

“Cech’s season is over. He won’t play again this term, but I hope he can at least celebrate something with us.

“Terry? I don’t know his condition, but he is our captain. We had no other defenders on the bench, so losing him was also important.”

Mourinho explained his tactical decisions in this 0-0 draw, which many would refer to as ‘parking the bus.’

“It wasn’t the result I wanted before kick-off, but I didn’t want to start the second leg a goal down either. A goalless draw is not a positive result for a team playing the second leg at home, but it’ll do.

“Atletico were frustrated, whereas usually they are the ones who frustrate other teams. My side had a solid performance, we played in a way that irritated the Colchoneros.

“Atletico Madrid beat Milan and Barcelona here, while we were able to control the game.”

Mou was asked about Fernando Torres, who returned to face his former club.

“It was difficult for him, as we were playing without someone who could inspire him. I had told my players not to keep too much possession, but to move it wide.

“Atletico press really hard, so I told them to play wide. Torres played a game of great sacrifice.”
