Jose has obviously chosen Courtois. I'd be amazed if Cech starts tonight. If he does it will mean that Courtois has been strung along. Can't see Jose doing that.

casillas never was world class after 2010 wc and lopez was clearly better. and unlike casillas, cech is still competent enough to take his spot back himself(not thanks to a yes man coach like ancelotti). and it's just the beginning of the season.

Cech is a good professional not a traitor, and always accept the decision of his boss regardless of be or not agree ...

Cech also has not an extensive network of journalists friends to pressure coach's decisions and discredit your opponent's on goalpost (Courtuois).

Casillas have it through his girlfriend and her friendship with reporters since he was very young.

You have an example the last weeks, until Diego Lopez has not come to Milan, some Sport-media (Casillas friends) have been posting tabloid trash and lies about the great rival in the goal boxes.

Casillas filtering tactics and lineups to friends reporters before important games. Even Barcelona coach recognized that before an important game against Real Madrid change the tactic at the last moment when hear on the radio the secret tactic variation that had prepared Mou for that game.

If it's true that Mourinho hasn't talked with Cech, then that is a serious lack of respect for a club monument. If it's true...because honestly i don't believe that paper.
 
Since when a coach has to talk to a player regarding his replacement for the starting job? Is everyone mad, or something? Not talking is not a disrespectful conduct. If Cech is displeased (which is normal) HE may go talk to Mourinho, saying that he wishes to leave, or asking what Mourinho has in mind regarding him.
