I think Mourinho will receive ban to couch his team from the pitch against Bayern

GOAL.COM
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been handed a two-match touchline ban after Uefa's disciplinary committee found him guilty of disrepute.
The Portuguese coach was also fined £8,900 at the disciplinary hearing in Nyon, Switzerland, while the Blues were hit with a £33,300 fine. Assistant Steve Clarke and security officer Les Miles were also reprimanded for their conduct.

Re: Chelsea FC thread

after all the friendlies, i wonder what lineup Jose will use this weekend. I think Terry, Lampard should be rested for once. =P
I suppose he could still send messages from the stands in the Munich game, hopefully this frisk-barca saga can come to an end.
A.Robben will be out again.

so... Man utd is the only english top team? liverpool? o.O
Historically chelsea is years behind any of them, but open your eyes, chelsea are completely dominating this year (well almost) they are 11 points ahead in the EPL, and one of the favorites along Milan IMO to win the CL. They already won a title this year.
And don't forget about last year. Chelsea made a great run both in the EPL and in the CL. They are becoming a top side. Only a disaster will make them go down now (now I mean the next few years).

Re: Chelsea FC thread

Ferreira looks set to miss the rest of the season, with a potential broken foot. The 3rd player this season. And people say we're lucky... Anyway, looks like Johnson will get an extended run (until he gets himself suspended) or Smertin/Geremi could fill in the role.

Looks there have many of our players got injury lately, I really hope no more serious injury coming. I believe we dont have any problem to win the EPL title but if we want to win the CL, we cant get anymore player injury, at least not serious one.

Luckily, J. Cole looks in a really good form recently and I think he can play Robben's role when he's missing out.

Re: Chelsea FC thread

I doubt Jose will rest Lamps or Terry, especially Lampard, since hes played like every game. Lamps is a player that doesent really need a rest, his fitness level is extremely high and he has good stamina. Joe Cole will now be slotting into the squad alongside Duff and behind Drogba due to the absense of Robben. And Ferreira's out for the season? I didnt know that. Chelsea aren't going to appeal towards UEFAs 2 match ban of Jose to keep the clubs image from getting damaged, which is to me, a good idea. I am sick and tired about these negative headlines in the media recently about Chelsea.

Re: Chelsea FC thread

Paolo Ferreira has broken a bone in his foot. Club doctor Bryan English says: “He has broken the fifth metatarsel in his right foot and it will be operated on tomorrow. He’ll be out of hospital within 24 hours.” This does not mean his season is over.

Re: Chelsea FC thread

HAHAH, nice one. Anyway 2-0, Johnsons beautiful run allowed him to link up with Gudjohnsen and he took one touch and fired it home.

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

We need 3 more wins and we play against Arsenal, M. United, Bolton, Charlton, N. United, Birmingham, Fulham

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

Wow Arsenal passed Man Utd. Wasn't expecting that!

Chelsea wins Birmingham, Arsenal and Fulham and they are champions... assuming both Man Utd and Arsenal win their games!

Mourinho On Way Out?

The Portuguese coach is at odds with the Chelsea management following the two-match sideline ban he received from Uefa.José Mourinho’s adventure at the London-based club seems to have come to an abrupt end.
The former Porto coach is in fact furious that Chelsea did not appeal the two-match sideline ban inflicted by Uefa following his infamous comments about referee Frisk and Frank Rijkaard.
The English club’s manager wants to leave Stamford Bridge in June and Real Madrid are already trying to lure the coveted coach over to Spain.
Inter might also be in the run but a lot will depend on whether or not Roberto Mancini will win any silverware with the Nerazzurri this season.

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

hey guys, wats gonna happen to Mourinho, =( , i cant believe he will leave already, hopefully he will have a change of heart, i think this is bigger news than the bayern game.

i dont know wats going through the players minds, hopefully they can pull a win and make Mourinho happy.

prediction 2-0 Chelsea.

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

I'm sure he's just doing this for publicity, why would he leave? Where could he possibly go that's bigger, other than real madrid (if they're still considered bigger)

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

guys do you think we have a chance tonite?i just hope Makaay is unable to get fit in time, and Kahn keep his lovely blunder habit..hehehe

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

Everytime when Im watching our game, Im really enjoy when our fans are singing Chelsea~ Chelsea~~ Chelsea~~~ Chelsea~~~~, our players always score at that time.

Just wondering, is there any rule about when to sing what songs??

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

How good was that Lampard goal to make it 3-1?!!!Brilliant.

Re: Chelsea FC thread (13 points clear)

Good enough of a win. Only if that walrus ref who kept shoving yellows at people hadn't spoilt it, I mean Ballack went down a little too easy dont you agree?
