When it works it can be awesome - when you enter a game and find your on a team full of noobs or full of snipers then it's shitty.
At a guess id say my ratio is something like
2% where your team just have no idea and the better players coming at you destroy everything in seconds and thrash your team in record time. Good if you're lucky enough to be on their team though lol.
10% shitty games with loads of useless snipers doing nothing to defend. When those end you just feel like throwing the pad at the tv and turning the console off as you curse the cocks who play the game like it was team death match.
35% awesome games where both teams are evenly matches and games go right to the last breath.
40% games that swing back and forth slightly in favour of one team over the other. For example on some maps its much easier to defend than attack so most of the time the defenders win as long as they're decent players. Attackers can win still.. but if you had 2 even teams then the defenders will win more often than not.. BUT this % is going down more and more as time goes on.
Deconstruction would be the best example - on launch the defending team NEARLY ALWAYS won this map but the last week I've been attacking on this map and noticed we've been able to get past the first 2 crates a lot easier than before.
But like I said originally... when it works its great. When your with cocks... not so great.

I'm still wondering what this Conquest mode is like... ive never played previous BF games other than the game on the 360.. modern combat? and that was only offline.

Ohhh just remembered. The players im bumping into online are the nicest people ive ever found on a game online. I've been team killed and then seconds later had a PM saying sorry and a little explanation like 'im sorry dude.... i panicked thinking you were about to knife me as a turned around and didn't have time to look and check out of you were a enemy or not'
People are also really generous with vehicles either stopping to let you get a ride or ive ran at a tank and seen someone else run at one and ive stopped and they've stopped as we've noticed each other as if to let the other one get in it.
There are some arse holes like the support classes who run away from you as your after a health pack - or the injured people who run away from you as you try to give them a health pack - the people who hog the artillery and are useless with it and finally the bad snipers who sit miles away from the action so you either spawn with them away from the crates or at the base away from the action
