Arsenal Thread

The quote from Arseblog is priceless:

"For all the fun of Saturday's game, and it was fantastic to see all the old players again, the single greatest moment in football history came when Edgar Davids went through. Gilles Grimandi was never going to let an ex-Sp*rs player score during DB's testimonial and he took out the bespectacled cunny with a flying kick."

:lmao:

GILES GRIMANDI = ABSOLUTE FUCKING LEGEND!!!!

His grin when he took down Davids was classic! I also liked it that Frank De Boer was too tired to run up field to take the penalty, and Ronald skied it. I never thought i'd see Cruyff play again. i only seen him in replays, but Bergkamps face when they came on was a moment to remember. Van Bastans flick and volley was another moment of class.

You will be missed DB10, and i might have to retire the suffix on the end of my name too! haha!

it was a very good match...Now bergkamp is retired..ı think we must take Sneijder now...He is a genius...:D

Go fuck off back to essex chav farm if you cant handle jokes. You need to stop feeling so passionate about the players as if they are your rent boys.

So you speak for everyone? Just out of genuine curiosity, are you and Nicky lovers? Or are you the same person under a different name? Its seems you two always share the same opinions and emotions. Saying more or less the same thing!

No mate, you really are a tit. But at least you brighten up discussions! :)

On your original point, i know Van Persie has stated that he would like to play the SS role for Henry in the upcoming season, and he did have a quite a good WC, but i just think, from body language, that Henry and Van Persie are on different wavelengths. Bergkamp read the game so well, just like Sheringham does.

Those types of players are on the wane now - Zola, Cantona, Bergkamp, Litmanen, Luis Enrique for example (though to be honest Enrique played the whole width of the midfield). Rooney seems to be the only one who comes to mind at the moment who fulfils that role well in the Premiership - and Gudjohnson was a master at it as well when he played with Hasselbaink - when United play 4.4.2 that is, and hopefully Van Persie will step up and prove me wrong, but i think Henry needs to play in the WG/SS role, and let a point man just sit in the box - but i'm not convinced with Adebayor as yet.

Alucard, you really are a complete and utter fuck wit. Are you actually able to come into the thread and have a proper talk about Arsenal WITHOUT managing to talk like a 10 year old? Unless you are 10 of course. I think I do speak for the majority on here when I say that you do not add anything of value to the discussion on Arsenal so really whats the point in your existence here?

I agree mate. I don't think RVP has what it takes to fulfill the DB10 role in the team at the moment. Maybe in a few years he can step up to the mark but at the moment it looks beyond him. I feel he's to selfish at times, looking to shoot rather than pass. DB10 was the opposite really.

As for Adebayor, he needs a run in the team. He's given us a bit fight in the box away from home and this I think was proven in the second half of last season, our away results improved, he played in most of those games. I think given the chance, he could become a key player for us.

:applause:

Do you think it's possible to get the mod's to put a restraininng order on him and keep him out of here.

Oh and Alucard, if you tell a joke I'll be able handle it, but at the moment I don't ever recollect you posting one.

You arsenal bumlickers seriously need to grow up and get that stick that is stuck up your arses. I cant believe the petty pathetic insults you guys come out with. If your going to insult atleast make it original. I came here to talk about what van persie said in reply to someone's asking about who will replace berkgamp. Then I bring up van persie's past and you guys want to start an argument full of insults. Seriously this is a forum and I have every right to come in here to dicuss arsenal even if im not a fan so go fuck off if you cant handle what I have to say.

Bergkamp is a legend, one of the best the Premiership has seen.
...Just read that you gooners rejected a bid for Cole. I don’t know how you lot feel about the situation but personally I think Wenger should let him go to the Kremlin and rot with the rest of those overpaid mercenaries, make sure you charge double though.

Cole can fuck off, the arrogant twat. He wanted 80k a week, we actually more than doubled his wages to 60k and he still ain't happy. Hopefully he will fuck off soon, probably to Chelsea and join all the other overpaid twats in West London. He doesn't want to play for us so lets take Chelsea's £20 million or whatever and get rid. Good riddance I say.

He needs to support Cheryl's derelict pop career, so i don't blame him for wanted to move. He was injured for about 7 months last season, so i don't see how we'll miss him. I actually felt sorry that Flamini missed starting the CL as he played like demon at left back.

My feelings about that little ChoiceFM groupie Ashley Cole? Read my signature :D

Only bad feelings are that we lost our 2 English players to greed. Campbell for wanting £80,000 and Asshole Cole for £90,000 a week to help him run his swinger parties. Hopefully we'll get Curtis Davies, but i'm not holding out for any more signings.

Crespo said "He offer me a new home and a private jet,but what makes me happy is to be home"(Italy). Also,FC was on his boat before he decided to go to RealMadrid,so in the end some players bite and others are NOT impress with Roman`s riches.Soon we`ll hear more and more of Roman`s sale pitches to convince players to join his army.A new home and a jet sound hard to turn away, but this the tough part when you have so many star players.

On Ashley he a great player, but the club comes first and Flamini and Clichy are capable.Ashley made a mistake and rather leave then face up to it.Best luck to him

will ashley cole go to chealsea...oh my got...ıf so he is a dishonest...[-X :nono:

this may sound strange to you,but ashley will have more playing time(1st team) at chelski then in Arsenal

How'd you work that one out? He'd be competing with Wayne Bridge at chelsea and actualky most likely would be in a rotated system. Where at Arsenal he only has competition from Clichy. Nine times out of ten Cashley Cole would be picked ahead of clichy.
