Well, what can I say about our new stadium that will do it justice??

I was gobsmacked by it! I couldn't concentrate on the squad training, I found myself looking around the ground thinking "Oh my god, this is unbelievable". Our new home is awesome, it looks much bigger in the flesh. Arsenal have done a wonderful job getting it all together. Every seat is upholstered, which makes it the first stadium in the world to have this. We also have the first 4 tiered stadium in the UK.

I can't wait to go back there tomorrow!

Did you take or could you take some photos of it?
 
Yeah, all tiers circle the stadium. This tier is very small (3 rows as you say) but at the back of that tier are the executive boxes and these are the outside seats for the boxes. There are 150 boxes in the stadium!

The most expensive seats are at club level underneath the executive boxes. You can't buy these on a match by match basis it has to be a season ticket and these cost between £2,500 and £4,000. They managed to get away with charging that much as there was no waiting list for them so if you had money this was the easiest way to get a season ticket.
 
Not true actually, you are forgetting the Diamond club. Its invitation only and its cost £25k to become a member and then its 25k per season for a pair of season tickets. ;)

Good point, that's for your ridiculously rich although for Raymond Blanc cooking before every game I might save up. Beats paying a fiver in the cafe!
 
Does anyone know if we are going to be able to have a full capacity at the stadium for the first game of the league against Villa. Or do the regulations limit the number of people still?

Its a very good stadium, one of the best in Britain. My only dislike for it is the concrete parts on the exterior. It looks quite nice at the moment but once the weather gets at it, i will need a good scrub.

Interior wise. The guys at the top of the high tiers get bad views due to the sloping roof. Other than that, its fab

yes it 54,000 for Bergkamps Testimonial, because it is the first event, so they can't fill it up for safety reasons.

The first league game however, last I heard, was only gonna have something around 40,000 because the NIMBY's in the area (most of whom bought their houses knowing about the plans) are worried about traffic congestion. I've heard the council were working for a compromise, and they were confident they could sort it, but I'm not sure on the latest.

maybe after his world cup dives he thought it wasn't very appropriate :lol:
 
What has Henry's sponsor got to with anything? I personally don't give a pony who sponsors him, as long as he is wearing our shirt, thats all that matters. Surely theres more important things to get stressed about?
