Oh grow up. A shitload of new players? How many signings did Arsene Wenger make? im sure it was only two and that was in January. the rest were already in the team. You and the rest of the fans here seem to be in a delusional world. I rememeber last season you boys were taunting how Uniteds season was failure cuz we finished 3rd with no trophy. And yes I can admit it was a disatrious season cuz im not a blind ignorant supporter and can admit when my team has done badly. Uniteds ambitions are not to finish 3rd or 4th, they are to compete for the title and compete in the champions league, anything less is not a successful season.

As for liverpool and Uniteds season, I would put it above arsenals. Getting to the CLfinal counts for nothing if you dont win the trophy. Nobody remembers the runners up and how much 'heart' and pride' they gave, no matter how much you want to dress the defeat up. United and Liverpool actually finished 2nd and 3rd respectivly, so that must make thir seasons spectacular considering how much you guys cherish 4th. Besides that they actually have something to show for the season, the Carling cup however small it is, is still atrophy at the end of the day. And nobody can argue about the FA Cup

As a Utd fan, it pains me to say, but Liverpool will take Chelsea all the way next season. They had a bad start and a really bad no scoring run.
3rd and 4th will be between us and you. If we sort the midfield out, we may challenge for 2nd but you'll be 4th. Liverpool and Chelsea may not score lots but they don't leak goals either. Your team of pussies can be bullied into a defeat.

You are a complete idiot, if I remember correctly you were the only person whinging about the spurs food poisoning thing. No one is saying we have had a more successful season than you (or at least I'm not) I just think we have more positives to take out of it. You are just typical idiotic football "fan" who thinks they know everything. At the end of the day whatever we do in a season and how that makes our fans feel has fuck all to do with you. If we are happy with 4th then so be it. Why don't you just fuck off.

Schtop all the hating man!

We all have our own opinions of arsenals current situation. Arsenal fans are bias towards the Gunners and people who support our rivals are also bias. These arguments are just getting silly and going round in circles.

This has been a disapointing season, no doubt about it. But it was also an exciting season for us and has been enjoyable in different ways.

Although we havn't advanced trophy wise, we have advanced in many other ways. I think in a way the injuries we had were a blessing, Eboue, fabregas, toure, flamini and Adebayour I think have all stepped into the team and done brilliantly (some much better than others).

We did have lots of injuries to big players - that is not an excuse it is a fact! I am proud of Arsenal getting to the final of the Champions league with our young team. I proud that all though declining in the premiership we manage to pull it together to get ahead of Tottenham.

Also one of the best players in the world, has decided to stay at a club he believes is and will be mighty fine!

All in all it has been disapointing on the trophy front, but I feel we have many positives to take out of the season and with a full squad next season and (please God) no long term injuries. There is no doubt we will be much, MUCH stronger next season.

Please stop putting us Arsenal fans down, if you keep doing it then of course you are going to recieve hostility and vice versa. Lets just agree to disagree, because there is no way ever that we are going to agree.

Well i could take someone saying 'yeah the season wasnt successful but there was positives we could take out of it' I can accept that answer. But when i hear dumb shit like' it was our worst season in 7-8years but it was still successful' does that make sense?

Besides that you need to learn some manners and respect. I wasnt threatening you. I just said you need a good beating, cuz you obviously think you can talk to whoever however you like as if your some superior. You may escape talking to your parents like that or your friends but Im not going to accept it, I will call you up on it every time.

And how can you say "if you think liverpool have really made great strides in the league your dillusional." when they finished above you and have looked a much stronger team ever since winning the CL (something you couldnt accomplish)?
I've said this before and I'll say it again. Just cuz you label something you've said as an opinion, it doesnt mean its valid. Arsenal were 4th best. Assuming THEY will be the ones to fail once again next season is a sensible opinion.

How is that a sensible opinion? We found form at the close of the season and showed our true potential. You're most likely going to lose your top scorer and haven't made any decent signings to prove you will be stronger next season. On the other hand we have just signed the best player in the world.\\:o/

Its a lot more sensible than thinking Liverpool or Man Utd will have a bad season. Your only show of good form was in the CL and even between your CL games, you still played badly at times in the Premiership.
And who have you signed? Ronaldinho? He's still the best in the world the last time I checked. And keeping Henry isnt an improvement like how most people here making it out to be. He's still the same player you had this season (the season where you finished 4th) only this time he's another year older. You lot are just getting over excited about someone you didnt lose, not something you gained. And you lot look as though you're gonna lose Pires, Ashley Cole and have already lost Bergkamp.
Losing Ruud is just a small matter compared to yours. And its not like losing Ruud will make that much of a difference now. He didnt play many games and Saha provided the goods in his absense. Plus we have players to come back like Scholes, Smith, Heinze. We're looking like we're in a much better position that yours.

So yeah, Arsenal still look the least likely out of the top 4 to amount an attack on Chelsea's title bid.

Fucking hell you talk a lot of shit. Henry is by far the best player in the league, and he'll be playing for us again next season and most likely be the top goal scorer. And you brag about getting Scholes back? Well good for you, I'm sure you'll secure another league cup with him and Saha doing the damage. How can you compare Saha to v. Nistlerooy? You say rvn didn't play many games but he still managed to score a shit load more goals than Saha. I guess we'll just have to see. At the end of the day all you managed to achieve was a league cup, no one remembers runners up so second means fuck all (regarding us and liverpool qualify).And we were rewarded more money than you this year. Lets just wait and see for next season.

Henry is the best player in the league and eventually will be known as the greatest player to ever play football in england. I guess that is my opinion but I'm pretty sure it will come true. It has been proven by the amount of times he has one player of the season and the amount of times he as finished top goal scorer and most assist.

Chelsea are obviously the best team in the league and Barca best in europe, they are facts. And utd and liverpool did have more successful seasons, but I don't see utd as an improving club, you haven't won the league for god knows how many seasons now and when was the last time you did decent in europe?

Ive said alot of stuff in arsenal's favour and have praised them alot ad i have said stuff against them, its not about being biased anti-arsenal with me, just honest. If your team plays well i will say so, if your team plays bad and cheats, i will say so. You just dont like hearing when something bad is said about your team, you cant handle it. Thats where you need to grow up and realise you got to take the good with the bad. Not everything i say you are gonna like.

I believe u know that this was suppose to be a transitional season for arsenal.. which i dont buy into... becomes we had enuff money to bring in experienced and old players into the squad... but we all know wenger's transfer policies..

However, if u think what arsenal football club achieved this past term with youngsters in the premiership cannot be regarded as a success despite falling short of what is expected from a top team in the nation...

then i rest ma case on this issue
