The Arsenal is a club full of secrets. I can`t believe what the media says. I always knew he went back ,but I thought they were paying him much more too. I heard that Henry was making 200k a week towards the end. I hear Ozil is earning sums of £115k, £140k, and £150k . One day we`ll find the truth, I hate those lines that say 'club`s highest record paid'

Özil is expected to be on £140k a week. As for Fabregas, it is true he is earning less now at Barcelona. It was on the news when the deal happened. He was on around £90k a week at Arsenal.

No! Fabregas was on £115k , he just extended 2 years on his 6 year contract ,which he only serve 2 out of the 6 yrs, before heading to B♠rca.
 
And cost Wenger an awful lot of money in Real Life Football Manager 2013/14 :D

You could be right about Fab's extension but he definitely left to earn less.

I was pondering on Arsene's Class. Can you imagine Wenger aving a go at RM's Florentino for moving the goal post on a deal . When Higi's ppl all but said they agreed for the fee and personal terms hashed out. Arsenal , nor Arsene spoke publicly about it. I think that sort of professionalism rewarded Arsenal to buy Ozil.

Mou is disrespectful , he would of roasted and amplified the situation . Look , how he treated Spurs during the Willian 's hijacking. Levy is class , but spiteful . He took things too personal . You may sell your 2 best players to RM. They wouldn't sell you a dead rat. Then, you have Brendon Rodgers and Henry their owner , I have so much to say about a classy club , but ran by amateur hour gossip column . As for Moyes is class facing the media he chooses his battles . Pellegrini is class as well.

My views are from the last two seasons . I hope they learn and change. I laugh how clubs get so angry w/ Arsenal for under bidding 'derisory'. They go publicly to get help from the media.

Jeez, those international breaks are cruel to us. Let's hope it's nothing too long to recover and that all the others are fine.

Anyway, now we have a certain Mesut Özil who could replace him straight away :BOP:

wasn't greatly convincing lucky with the disallowed goal, but a win is a win, Ozil had a good game and Ramsey continues to prove his doubters wrong.
 
Ramsey lucky strike, Ozil was clearly up for it. I wish Theo took advantage of it and Jack was wasteful in the final 3rd. Top of the league !!!!
 
this was a great match but imo ref did wrong not allowing the goal... i didn´t hear the whistle and neither did players imo.. what happend there anyway?

Arsenal have a great midfield and wings, even Giroud is sharp..but the defence at some point was not ok
 
The goal possibly could of stood. , but sagna n jozy were locking arms for about 4 yards .once the whistle blew sagna seemed to let go. I think the advantage was sagna stopping n jozy being left alone to score.

Edit: Sagna did Not hear the whistle, he got rightly beaten!

Ramsey is repaying Wenger's trust and belief in him. Also not playing him right winger helps a lot :P

Excellent performances by Rambo lately, and the way things are going (who would've thought) Arteta will find it hard to get back into the first 11.

Özil is a wizard with his passes in the final third. Walcott could have scored twice with his assists and once more with an awesome Giroud assist.

We rave about Ramsey and our new signing Özil - and rightly so in both cases - but for me Giroud has been instrumental not only grabbing the goals but setting them up as well. He provided the assist for Rambo's 2nd and gave a fantastic assist to Walcott in the 1st half, when he missed (again).

Vermaelen made an appearance after recovering from injury, and if we think we have Arteta, Ox, Podolski, Rosicky, Cazorla and Mertesacker all to recover from injuries here and there, we have a pretty good squad. With the exception of the CF position.
Should Giroud miss games, we have only Bendtner, Sanogo and Akpom to rely upon - and that's nowhere good enough.

Apart from that, our squad is nicely built.

PS: at the final whistle yesterday, our team had all 4 full backs in it!! Sagna and Gibbs, and Jenkinson and Monreal as improvised wingers!
