You got Udinese, I think you should be able to get through those 2 legs and go to the group stage. It could have been worse, you could have got Rubin Kazan which would have been a lot harder.
 
We should have it easier now that they do not have Zapata, Inler and Sanchez. But that's the achilles heel of Arsenal... the players will go into the match already thinking they've won.

Time will tell.

Again news have risen about Fab and Nasri.They say that we have rejected Offer for Fab and are willing to sell Nasri to city if this happen i will be very thriled to se how Nasri(once one of my favourite players, i was jumping all around when he was signed by Arsenal) flops and destroys his career just like Hleb and Adebayor.Hleb have even admited that it was his biggest mistake leaving Arsenal.
Well it could be better to cash in on him and get Mata and one of Jagielka/Samba.

Why player dont understand u cant leave Arsenal otherwise u will flop!
 
At least it doesnt involve going to Russia or the Ukraine, places where Arsenal always struggle.

Italian teams have struggled significantly against English teams in the last few years, and added to this the Italian teams always seem to stall in the early part of European seasons. For instance last night Palermo couldn't beat Thun in the Europea League play-offs. Under normal circumstances you would expect an Italian team to be able to beat a middle/low ranking Swiss team, even if the Italians played with fringe players.

Parker is so overrated it's unbelievable. Tidy player at best. Doesn't score many. Doesn't assist many so all the Parker love last year amazed me. He's a decent footballer but the bandwagon brigade got carried away with him imo.

It makes me so sad, what a team Arsenal would be if his mind and heart would be at his true home.....ARSENAL!
 
I read in the news today that Barca had a 3rd offer rejected this morning! But it doesn't make sense... the offer is reported to be lower, around €29m... plus add-ons and perks, but hey, nowhere near the price tag.

At this point, I don't mind if Cesc goes, if warming bench at the Nou Camp is what he really wants at the moment. But the price has to be right. In a crazy market where a Pastore costs 43m and Carroll costs 37m, a genius player like Fabregas can't go for what Barca are offering.

I've got mixed feelings about Udinese... I feel this could be tricky. I'd prefer Odense :P

barça offer 30 m "euros" + 6 = 36 m "euros"
cesc put 3m

in total 39 million euros.
arsenal want 43 million euros...






cesc don't go to portugal.
 
On a lighter note, yesterday i saw a TV interview with Lukaku. He claims he talked with Walcott and Theo told him he is a massive fan of Liverpool...

I wouldn't be too concerned. They were a much better team last season than they will be this year especially since Serie A starts later than other leagues, their fitness levels and readiness will be lower than that of Arsenal's.

I'd say Arsenal are heavy favourites here. Against Rubin Kazan however, it might very well have been a different story. I think you guys got a bit lucky here actually. Good draw for you. I wouldn't be too concerned though of course anything is possible and a dismal performance may turn this season into a crap one right from the start by not making it to CL group stages and what a tragedy that would be! But it's unlikely...

Wenger got a 1 match ban for saying something about that prick who sent Van Persie off for nothing at Nou Camp. He ripped us off and didn't expect to be insulted.. pffff

BTW, Portugual should be somewhere between Uruguay and Portugal, where I could speak my Portuñol :D
 
So the Udinese match is in 10 days. Will Fabregas leave to Barcelona then? He will be cup-tied (Arshavin'ed?) for the Champions League with Barca if he doesn't transfer in that time.
