We haven't been unlucky, we haven't been good enough.

I come on here to talk\banter about footy, but constantly being reminded about failings that we already know we have is not constructive.

I seriously think that we are close to being a great side again, we need a top class striker who can score 20+ per season, and a rightback. Other than that we are well stocked. This is how I would change it for next season. I would play a 4-3-3, like this:

Lehmann

New right-back Toure Gallas Clichy

Fabregas Gilberto Rosicky

Van Persie New centre-forward Henry

Fringe players would be Fabianski, Senderos, Djourou, Hoyte, Walcott, Adebayor, Hleb, Diaby, Bendtner, Denilson

This would give us much more goal threat and the 3 narrow in midfield would protect our back four better.

Rosicky can swap with Diaby for a more solid, less attack minded formation.

The 2 new players I would like to see are Eto'o and Micah Richards.

RVP cutting in from the right (like he does for Holland) would be awesome, Henry scoring and supplying Eto'o, magical.

To help raise the funds for Samuel Eto'o\Richards I would sell Reyes, Freddie, Eboue, Aliadiere, Almunia, Muamba, Flamini.

LOL! Brasil can`t beat Portugal , France nor Italy...Anyhow, ya fruit!! South-American style is a lot different then the EPL. La Liga comes close to it technical-wise. The more you talk the more convincing you are. Tevez explain it very well the EPL doesn`t give you room to play their style is very different to Brasil...ya fruit! Kaka was trying to compliment ManUtd effort as a good christian, take it with a grain of salt
 
Ya Fruit - thats funny!!

The whole reason people want Man U to beat Chelsea was because they played footy the proper way. No doubt about it. I will always acknowledge when a team plays well.

Just a shame in previous seasons when the only way Man U could play against us was by kicking the crap out of us, with Horse face with his sly digs and Ronaldo diving everywhere and Rooney cheating and diving!

You have got over this now which is good - look how well youre doing without the cheating - good boys well done.

Its like Drogba - when he cuts out the cheating he plays a million times better!!

Just a shame when you play us at football this season we beat you twice :-)

Cheats don't prosper - Oh unless your West Ham of course.
 
Go easy on him, he has issues with fruit. You don't want to know what he has to do to make a living.

The same thing can't be said of your team. Now that your divers, Pires, Vieira and Cole have gone, you've stopped winning. You've cleaned up your disciplinary record too (most red cards in prem). When you dived and kicked people of the park, you won trophies. Not anymore ya fruits! :lol:

You need to go to fruit school - the main fruit at the bottom is a Kiwi Fruit. If you want the very last fruit that would be a Cranberry if I am not mistaken?

He is about as beastly as my left testicle and take it from me its not very beastly - its just a ball in a sack my friends, a ball in a sack.
 
Nah you lot dont have a chance next season the manager doesnt look hungry no more unlike Fergie and Moanrinho, unless you get Henry playing at his best and the manager makes some sensible changes and shows a bit of bite like he used to, I dont expect a lot from the soft gooners next season. Sorry but thats just my opinion, before you lot start jumping down my neck!!! (I bet some "well we did the double over United'' comments follow shortly) ;)

Hmmmm, the brazil team at the last world cup were a bunch of mediocre workman with some great attackers. He's actually pretty accurate ;)

Oh yeah, and generally crap in europe.

(brazils record in european WC's is very poor for their standards)
