I must say Gilberto is becoming a true captain with his defensive play at the back:applause: and 8 goals . Where did this come from?

Adebayor is improving but he`s no Henry! the arrogance is there but not the confidence. Gallas presence is highly missed

RM should gives us money for Reyes , he`s performing good unlike "The Beast" or sell him to AM :D
 
Good to see Arsenal in the top-3. The league is taking shape now. But if Wenger thinks you can still win the Prem then he is a bigger fool than I already thought he was! :lol:

i dont think thats a fair judgement to make when julio hasnt even been given a proper run in the team. and besides, he was effective when he came off the bench against watford.

I meant he not playing at the moment compare to Reyes and what he`s doing for Real,but if RM don`t want to give us money for Reyes we can sell him to Atletico Madrid and buy Julio Baptista and have some left over...maybe buy cough drops

What a disgrace!

I am absolutely disgusted and ashamed to be an Arsenal fan today. From the first minute to the last, there was no commitment and no desire to win the ball? Steel and grit? Pull the other one. Sheffield were first to the ball and did not over complicate the simple things. When the simple things go wrong, you know we are in trouble.

There was not one player today who stood up to be counted for Arsenal - not one. The last two games against Wigan and Watford, we have been very lucky to say the least, but all there was no simple passing and playing the ball 30metres into space and out of touch. Nothing to feet.

Some of these players get in a week what I make in 1 year. What the hell is that about? Aliadiere and Rosicky were absolutely appalling today, as was Wenger's decision to play Baptista on the wing, and Van Persie up front. "Switch em over Arsene!" I was shouting at the screen. His line up made me think of the one where he chose to play Bergkamp as the lone striker against United in the FA Cup final. We were lucky that day, but not today.

There was no player who ran with the ball, or did anything with purpose. Baptista came to light playing central midfield and Centre forward for Sevilla. Not fucking Left wing. Open your eyes Wenger you miserable cunt. Don't blame it on tiredness, as all the other teams seem to playing well enough. Look at yourself, and the over-belief you have in some players. This second string we laid out today has me trembling if you think this is the future of our club.

Look at the second half, a strike from distance was needed to test their outfield player who went in goal. What could this team of ours come up with? 2 shots OFF TARGET in 45 MINUTES!!!

Well played Sheffield United with your own depleted squad, and fucking shame on you Arsenal players who wear the team shirt for granted. I wanted to be that Everton supporter a couple of years ago who threw my shirt at Nyarko.

Championship run? Please keep your mouth shut Arsene as your making our team a object of ridicule. The one thing that went through my mind is that this is one game that United would have won.

Pissed off right off, and will accept all critics of my team toady, as I for one will not be defending any of them.

:applause: My my an honest obsersation from an arsenal fan. I was waiting for the day I saw such a sight. Very good and refereshing to see rather than the usual sorry excuse of 'we are in a transitional period' and the wenger can do no wrong attitude that is adopted alot around here. Fair play my friend. I just find it strange seeing in an arsenal side losing against the likes of Sheffield United. Maybe this is the type of result to give Wenger or the young players a kick up the backside for them to realise they havent made it yet and still have alot of work to do if they want to be considered genuine title contenders for next season.

Wenger's excuses for loss was:

The pitch was very difficult to pass the ball

When he was asked about why they didnt test substitue goalkeeper:

It was very difficult to get into the box at that stage.

Now I'm sure he'd get alot more respect if he just came out and said Arsenal were dire and simply not good enough. Or just say they must try harder in the next game and also apologise to the fans for have to witness such a lacklustre performance. Or even admit Sheffield United were superior and simply wanted it more. Instead its either the pitch, referee, linesmans or over celebrations.

thsi si fucking embaressing for arsenal. the game was an absoloute shocker, i know want wenger to fuck off out of arsenal. its time for a change because wenger NEVER learns from his mistakes, how many times have we lost this way? you would of thought wenger would have figured out a plan b againts teams playing this way. what more when european teams catch up and play like this againts us? we'll be out of europe in no time.

im gunna be honest, i dont think arsenal will finish in the top 4. i have lost faith in wenger, only a miracle can persuade me otherwise(winning champions league, fa cup, winning every single league game from now) which lets be honest, nither will happen at this state..

wenger you have been a great manager for us over the decade but your time is up if u dont perform any of the miracles above
 
I'd laugh about yesterday if you weren't my 2nd choice to win the league if we don't (well Stockport actually but I'm being realistic). You play nice football and it would be great if good football won the league. If Chelsea keep winning it, or Dog forbid Liverpool, it could change the way we play in this country. We have always been power over skill, but it's been changing bit by bit with the foreign influence to a much more attractive spectacle.

Johnny mate. Calm down a bit. Wenger is the best thing that's ever happened to your club and he'll turn it around. If you really want to get rid, send him to Old Trafford
 
The thing is, you need patience at times like this. We havent won the league in 3 years. For our standards thats dreadful but Sir Alex's still pushing for the title.
You cant just drop Wenger like that. If Wenger doesnt win anything this season and has a poor season the year after, then it would be fair to blame him.
 
why ? thats because other teams are rapidly improving while arsenal have been more or less stagnant . i dont see much improvement in their play and honestly , i think they played better in the days of viera,pires and bergkamp
