There's nothing mentioned about a waiting list in the ticket section on arsenal.com. How can I get myself on the waiting list?

You can't just get a season ticket you have to be on a waiting list because there is a high demand in them. To get on the waiting list for a season ticket you have to forward your name and address and write to:

Arsenal Football Club Waiting List (Ticket Registration and/or Season Tickets)
PO BOX 454
Newcastle-under-Lyme
Staffordshire ST51NY

You should get confirmation that your on the waiting list a few days later. That way when the new stadium opens they'll contact you and you are in with a chance of nabbing one :D By the way to find it on arsenal.com go to "ticket registration" from the "match day" link on the left scroll down there's info on there.
 
Good result on Saturday goons.

I was in Piccadilly Circus with my girlfriend on the weekend, and we were on the escalators going down to the tube at around 5pm, and we saw Kolo Toure on the opposite side IN THE TUBE STATION!!!!???? He had his Arsenal coat, bag, hat on etc, I shouted "Toure!!" and he stuck his thumb up (had he known I was a United supporter he probably would have stuck his fingers up). It was weird . . .
 
Hmmmm........ I'm getting that feeling of deja vu again.......... :roll:

Actually it's 34,000 for a season ticket and 27,000 for the registration scheme. Also resdents of Islington get choosen first.
 
I've been waiting five years to get on the TRS. Bring on the Grove, that's what I say!
 
As Nickybaker stated. 34,00 season tickets & 27 ticket registration scheme. The London Metro quoted these this morning!

As are me and my dad, it's actually Keith Edelman who has quoted the figures although it is in the metro.

Anyways, we just won again, which is cool. Edu is on fire this weather.

Agree with you Tim, just posted something similar in the CL thread. I think if he keeps on producing performances like this and doesn't get a position in the first 11, he will probably move. Hope not though.

(Evil) Edu played well too, just like I predicted. :)
 
what a result for the gooners, i was jchuffed that an english team got a good away result! btw becuase the toon didn't qualify rhis year i am not sure on what happens in thesecond round? i thought it was still a mini league with 4 teams???? or has it been changed.

It's a knockout format now. More suited to Arsenal. Well, any change in the second round would be better considering our form in Europe.

Heh, if you misread the scores list, you could be led to believing Edu scored a hat-trick. ;)
 
Not the best performance but a fantastic result, it's always good to see us battle for these results. Henry was like a mad man I thought he was going to go but Edu was fantastic. 3 goals in 2 games, you can't drop him now.

How about Cabellero's face, that was mashed up, there was claret everywhere.

I thought the best line was from the other bloke, can't remember his name,

"Arsenal don't have Bergkamp the Rolls Royce but they have their Bentley". How fucking corny is that.
 
Now if that doesn't cement Edu's place in the team in front of Gilberto I don't know what does. A caller on Your On Sky Sports got it spot on tonight, he said that Gilberto is one of those players who doesn't want the ball and get's rid of it as soon as it's passed to him, where as with Edu, when he's got the ball you feel secure and Kenny Sansom said how safe he feels when Edu is in possession of the ball, and with Gilberto you don't get that. Come on Arsene, I know your a genius but this seems like a no brainer to me. ;)
