Theres a lot more to Liepzig than just Konami.
I am sure it will be amazing there.

Indeed a ton of games will be there Call of Duty 4, GTA IV, Assassins Creed, Fifa 08, Crysis, Mass Effect, list goes on

Oh and just a little game called PES 2008 :)

Why KOnami are not able to release their Pro evo 3 weeks earlier ? EA will be out 28.9, so why they dont release it 25.9 for example ? EA surely gets some customers cause they release their game before Konami s Pro evo. Every year the same, are they stupid or lazy ?

I Totally agree, A month later can seriously hamper sales. Besides the harcore fans like us, if a guy wants a football game for PS3 he's gonna buy the first one to be released, whether it's good or bad.

There was a small one at the sunderland vs spurs game, then there was a big one on the electronic adboards at West Ham. Real Madrid will probably have the same one as the one at West Ham. They'll be more in the 2/3 days when other teams play at home.

At the same game there was a fifa 08 board next to the sky sports HD board.

Didnt the UTD match have the entire ground scrolling FIFA08 at one point?

Its pretty difficult to release a month early, generally with PS, it takes a month at the very least to print and get it shipped out. They would have been on feature lockdown perhaps 4-6 months ago, so the remaining time will just be bug fixing and tweaking, pretty hard to cut short.

What makes it worse is when our fans continually sing "stand up if you hate Arsenal" when they're not even involved in the match.

I think had forgot we were supposed to be playing football. Im not sure what we though we were supposed to be doing instead though, apart from sucking big time.

LOL Well saints we just sing the song, at the end of pretty much them all, they all get in a "We hate pompey, we hate pompey" lol we are not playing them nor in the same league :S lol

i'm only interested in footie games so leipzig would be a waste of time for me, but i can understand other gamers being interested

God damn does that piss me off. I'm a Saints fan and I am sick of certain portions of the crowd singing songs about Pompey ALL the time. Get over it ffs.

I by sure prefer a late release with a proper gameplay, instead an early terrible release with bad gameplay.

And this threads excitement is now all about PES2008 adboards in premiership matches? It was the same last year guys, there were PES6 adboards at various grounds. It doesnt really mean much about the game, same as EA with FIFA 08 boards. It amazes me how something simple like an adboard at a premier league ground can cause so much discussion....

I bet no one talks much about an adboard for Lucozade Sport or Sky Sports HD:)
