The TV Show Thread

Yep, started watching a few weeks back and I love it now. Just started watching Season 5 :D

Seasons 5 and 6 (Currently airing) are to me the peak of the series, The comedy and drama are balanced beyond belief..

Plus I'm a huge fan of Ari Gold..

On the last RAW

Entourage S05E05 is one of the funniest TV show episodes I've ever seen, brilliant stuff :D

This series of True Blood is getting better and better :D

I just wish people would hurry up and twig onto what that bull-woman thing is doing to people.

Anyone know on which channel Defying Gravity S01E03 HD.mkv is being shown? Can only see SD listings in the guide. :D

Nevermind, just found a channel........

Its really speeded up from season 1, the last couple of episodes have gone from the one cliffhanger to the next.

@ Dags,
Im surprised she hasn't come into contact with a vampire yet, nearly the whole cast has but she continues to miss them. Really curious to see who has the most power.

Thanks for the recommendation for Brotherhood. I'm half way through Season 1 and I'm really enjoying it so far.

Didn't really get into that, a few episodes in. I'll get around to watching it again soon though.

Never heard of it ... I'll check it out on TV.com or something.

Edit: Sounds like Bones or something?

Naah it's not like Bones I guess you could compare it a little to Quincy if you're old enough to know that show ;) It's Canadian so slower paced and more cerebral than a US TV show.

I think the Bluray date refers to the original show?
On IMDB it looks like the newer version is a 6 episode series, and should be out on the US network in November. No news on the UK release, but I guess that doesn't bother most people ;)

Good Mad Men season premiere, enjoyed the Breaking Bad finale and also enjoyed True Blood 09. Summer shows tend to always be the well written ones!

I've been watching the latest season of NCIS on FX and I'm enjoying it a lot.

I finished watching The Unit last night (last 2 episodes back-to-back). It's been a brilliant season, such a shame that it's finished...

Was Col. 'Dog Patch' Ryan promoted at the end, as he was being congratulated? If so, do we know where to?
To me it seemed that 'Snake Doc' Jonas was set to be the new Unit leader as his wife had left him, which would have made a potential season 5 interesting...
I didn't see the twist coming with 'Whiplash' being a double (or should that be triple?) agent either, so that was a nice suprise.

Blast from the past from me, just started watching The Sopranos.

Have just started on 2nd Season. Fantastic so far.
