I keep finding myself following the guitars rhythm and then i'll wake up and realize why im missing a load of notes and stop blaming the pads. And i do the same JB, i'll crack the stick together and it scares the life out of me.

Just listening to some of the rockband soundtrack and god damn this game has some great tunes.

Foreplay and Longtime is epic
Don't fear the reaper is a classic
Tom Sawyer!
Green grass and high tides is epically long
highway star is very very hard to play but a great track

Some good DLC tomorrow... this is a good as it gets.

Cannot wait for the DLC - been listening to Doolittle for 2 weeks straight. Lots of people having been canning the Doolittle album in RB, but from what I can gather, these are neither Pixies fans, nor know the songs - so taking it with a pinch of salt.

The Weezer ones will be great too. I'll be on tomorow night KRad if you wanna Pixie/Weezer play through!?

The Pixies 'Doolittle' album and 3 songs from Weezer's new 'Red' album.

Doolittle is amazing - so many all time classic songs. For the songs it spawned, its got to be up their with the best albums of all time.

"Debaser", "Monkey Gone To Heaven", "Tame", "Here Comes Your Man", "Wave Of Mutilation", "Hey", "Gouge Away" - and most of the 'fillers' are great too.

The Weezer songs are on the whole excellent - "Troublemaker" will be the most fun I reckon.

About $24 of DLC tomorrow - AND some good DLC for Singstar on Friday :( Damn you Sony (... i love you!)

I might be online playing but it depends on the little one - if shes out cold and in her cot im free... if shes awake then ive got no chance lol

Yeah Troublemaker sounds the best of the 3 - im not sold on the first two... they don't sound like they'll be loads of fun to play.

With doolittle as well there are loads of bits that stand out to me and remind me of modern bands. like Dead has a Killers feeling in places and a lot of the guitar at the start of dead is reminding me of something but i just cant put my finger on it

Its one of my worst songs on RB :(

Singing it is really hard and I normally fail it - even on medium - just something about it I cannot nail...

Wish they put 'Get Over It' in instead - if you like 'Here it Goes' but not really heard OK GO! before, get 'Get Over It' - superb!

Minutes To Midnight was complete shite. They need their older stuff up as DLC, FAR better!

Also... how many fucking song are there!!! I'm on Chicago and I've only done 25 songs out of 71! My god this game is great

I thought it was the opposite, far too much needless shouting, hardly any singing and I thought the instruments just sounded like they were mashed together.

Older Linkin is just far superior, in my opinion of course ;))

Hybrid Theory was the best. Meteora was shit, Minutes to Midnight was ok

Think my judgement is clouded by the 3 songs I listed above as they are not just some of my fave LP songs, but some of my favourite songs in general!

Dear oh dear, get back to your filthy forums Dags, none of that on here. :NONO:

I wouldn't pay £12 for pieces of plastic with no function but to make something quieter, if I was that desperate I would sellotape the socks to the damn things.

Hmm I might buy them, I'll wait for reviews first though. Otherwise I'll just buy some cheap mousemats instead.

Might get them. I'll wait to see what people say about them first. The loudness of the drums really annoys me and taping socks to them is annoying

To be honest, I'd also rather have Fisher Price-looking drums than socks over the middle of the pads.
