Heh, nice observation. PES does look like it'll be much better this year though. I'm gonna try both FIFA and PES before I buy either one. Fifa is looking the better game over all though,

detail in the graphics look brilliant. The charachter models are superb and the lighting is just top rate.

The 1st goal Torres scores isnt anything special, it went in because the Barca keeper's view was obstructed and he didnt see it. Torres has the ball too close to his body as it drops right at his feet to be able to really give it any real momentum with regards height and pace. He basically just cracks it and hopes for the best, he loses accuracy because of where the ball is, and it only went in because the keeper couldnt see because of one or maybe both defenders, if you look he only reacts when its too late. That's realistic because it shows zero scripting for the keeper with regards a shot on goal and an automatic dive.

The second goal is beautiful, instinctive and opportunistic. Torres improvises well after he gets lucky with the deflection. But on his least favoured foot he takes it very well. That was great accuracy, leaning back, off balance, wrong foot, finds the bottom corner nice and low. That goal looked very Shearer-esque. He re-adjusted his body quickly to set that up, basically come back on himself. There was very little power applied there, because due to Torres leaning back and on his wrong foot, that would or could of, flew over the bar.

Very few strikers in PES 2009 would have scored that, or in that manner and the same will apply to PES 2010. It was a world class improvised finish from a world class striker.

Thats what I see MJ.

Lol those shorts are ridiculous. Anyone care to translate the big points on the scans. Please don't bother if it involves sliders or cards cos I know everything there is to know about those.

Shorts seem fine to be, shorter than last year, maybe not as short as they should but I think it depends of the size of the player.

I ***really*** hope you're joking (if that's your drift). Because PES has always had the most pale, washed out colors in the history of gaming. Its colors have always been incomparable to those in FIFA.

If anything, the only plus in these photos is how green the grass finally is.

Hello guys! I played two games today and I checked out more of the cards in the game. I'm going there tomorrow also. I just want to take away the fun for the people expecting net editors. I didn't see this anywhere and since I'm checking all the text in the menus I would surely have stepped on that in edit mode. At least I can make you all happy by saying that you can edit nationalities for the players at the clubs A-S or how they are. What else? In my build you can't move freely for the throw-ins, according to my sources that was put in only for the demo in Cologne.

Maybe if the shorts had cloth physics, they wouldn't appear in full length, all rigid and huge.

Can you elaborate on the animation in your build and response times.

OK graphics is good, gameplay is more defensive... that's all the improvement..

What else have they learned from the fans?

- how asked for sliders and cards, without on the fly setting possibility,
- how on earthy can't they change the net shape... in no intro or game in any pes game before 2008 we have seen this stupid net-shape.. how many times fans have moaned abut this.. same goes for untucked shirts not visible from wide angle, huge shorts, stupid keepers, no advantage rule, stupid stamina and referee system/balance..
- not to mention animations, licenses etc. etc...

The problem is they are listening to their official fansites, not evo-we...

@jimmy. Did you see that hideous skating glitch with Ibra in the 1st 30s and theres too many tricks. Seems the person using Barca was using the d-pad again, hence all the roulettes and flip-flaps. Also there seems to be a deflection on the 1st goal leaving Valdes flat footed. That is so unscripted IMO.

Some thoughts:

- I also think that the saturation is a bit high, but there is an option to modify the RGB, so i think we will be able to change it.

- The graphics look great, so next year we should focus in gameplay/animations. If Konami still listen to the community (which i think is great) we'll have a responsability to tell them clearly that that area shouldnt get any resources.

- I like the tactic options. But some of them need a better stamina system. Ill try to explain myself with my poor english: if you want to play wiht pressing very high, it must have a downside, so in the end of the match your players will be tired. Now, a tired player, even a injured player, is still useful. There should be more difference between stamina levels. What do you think?

I saw the glitch, he kind of froze and slid......very strange!!!!
