Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

Why a lot of people are waiting for caniggias playest? We saw Pes gameplay at Gamescom:BLEH:

From what I know, Caniggia didn't like 2008 and 2009. So, if he says 2010 plays well then thats positive to me.

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

Guys do You really believe that new Pes build will have new animations without chicken running?:CONFUSE:
I don't ! I really think there's no way these running animations could be changed in the final code...

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

(Tom is sharpening is axe to put you in his world of pain.you have been warned.....)

Should have known someone from here would go squealing, probably got a gold star, nothing against the guy or his sites it's just every other post in here is a reference or a link, if i wanted to be on that site I'd go on that site, well not now though hey... :D

As for perfickstrik, was he around last year, what did he have top say then.. I don't visit PES Fan much...

He's one of the few credible sources left. Everyone else is in Konami's back pocket and can't be trusted.

[edit] ISS Pro
The first two ISS Pro games for Playstation were produced by KCET for the European market.

ISS Pro (also known as Goal Storm 97) was followed by ISS Pro 98. The latter features former England player Paul Ince and the Italian Fabrizio Ravanelli on its UK PAL cover, although it lacked a FIFPro license.

Even your own link confirms it, noob.

First International Superstar Soccer 95 for SNES by KCEO F*ck noob .

This article is about the series as a whole. For the first entry on the series, see International Superstar Soccer (video game).
International Superstar Soccer is the name of a series of football (soccer) video games developed by Japanese company Konami, mostly by their Osaka branch, Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka. It should not be confused with KCET's Pro Evolution Soccer series (also known as Winning Eleven), which was originally developed for the PlayStation. Titles in the ISS series appeared on Super Nintendo, Mega Drive, Nintendo 64, Playstation, PlayStation 2, Xbox, Gamecube and PC formats. The series is known as Jikkyō World Soccer in Japan.

That is all International Superstar Soccer games for consoles :

Show me ISS pro ?? I can see it !? .Because that is different game from different team . NOOB !

I think if Mr 'Stick' is right and we do see a vastly improved PES animation wise there will be a lot of happy people as reading through this it seems to be the main gripe...

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

guys been a while since i visited the forum.

So is it true about Konami adding a lot more national teams this time?

Wikipedia claims they add a lot more in Asia Americas and Africa

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pro_Evolution_Soccer_2010

Im aware wikipedia is not a reliable source for gaming thats why im asking.
Could be possible;)

They were in PES 2009 for BAL and could be unlocked via hex edit:)

Here is ISS Pro by KCET. As you can see it's the same front cover design as ISS 64.

KCET was the only team doing ISS games during the PS1 days. Once the PS2 came along, they left the arcade side of things to KCEO and the PES side of things to KCET. Now it is back as one, and that's the problem.

It came out in 1997.

The first PS1 game they did was ISS Deluxe, just a port of the game from whichever console it first came out on. Dunno if it was done by KCET though.

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

I don't know wy but every single video of this game online involves people scoring by rounding the keeper. I loved this game and I can't imagine it being much fun scoring the same goal over and over.

Also, this thread is beautifully bi-polar. Every week we go from hanging ourselves to wetting ourselves, rinse (get the smell of wee out), repeat.

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

I happen to think that too. They look like they're always on their tippie toes and flying rather than running. Too light. In the PES videos, eventhough running looks bit odd, still they got weight.

Spot on. I was going to say the same thing.

That's what I love about PES - the weighty feel to everything.

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

I would say that it isnt the animation itself but more the speed of the movements in the example. I would also add the new 360 movements when sprinting, looks a bit odd and floaty in the current videos. But really that is about it, play a pes video and its nearly every running animation that seems "off".

But as I said before, the "wide" angle vids don't do either games justice. The zoomed ones make both games look far far better.

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

True.
----------------------

Just love the desperation of this community. We all want the most realistic football game. Deep down in every football fan's heart there's the tiny hope of PES bringing back its magic again, implemented with all the stuff we asked for.

Then this one false prophet sees that in us and takes full advantage. He emerges talking of miracles and the wonderful football game. Gets us all caught in the mix again. Some blindly follow him, and some dismiss him yet somewhat hopeful what he says is true because its been always a dream that has been long waited for.

Life is like a washing machine...

Calling him a false prophet is too big an accolade for him. :D

At any rate, Canniggia is a respected member of the PES Community, I'm sure he'll judge the game honestly, and I don't think we need to remind him to check whether the animations are changed, since literally everyone has been going on and on about it.

In fairness to him his gospel did reach out to all PES forums

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

Ok , one question !
What will doing if Cann say : " The game and animations are same Like "80 %" build "from GC " !?

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

From WENB, Suffwan :(

"Good afternoon everyone,

95% complete code is rubbish. The current code available to those outside konami is 80%. Konami themselves are probably at 90% in japan as the game is only one month away from going gold at the end of sept / early oct as it takes about 3-4 weeks to hit shelves.

Konami have shown what they have to offer this year. The final game will probably differ from the demo in Cologne as they may add further animation (dont expect an overhaul!!!) or tweak gameplay etc and all the finishing touches to the graphics and front-end.

There are many rumours flying around, but Konami have shown their game for this year. They arent hiding anything."

Well... what can I say... in Suff I trust.

At last some reality

Re: PES2010 News & Rumours thread

But now I remember, it was headline on WENB, "Gamescon Build 1 Month Old". So the %80 code is still unseen by "ordinary" gamers, right?
