wenb podcast will sugar coat every aspect of todays news so id take it with a pinch of salt,better off waiting til wednesday and what we see at gamescon

The release date is one announcement. Also we will probably get to see the cover packshot too. Anything else is unknown atm.

So was the 360 movement the huge thing Adam talked about? Or is that yet to come? If it is 360 I'm a little disappointed, it's great and all, but I wanted something that FIFA didn't have and that would win people over to PES. That would have been "huuuuuuuuuuuge" like he said.

think the megaton was the 2player co op champions league mode

Really ? We know almost everything now, I think there's nothing left, except more informations about licensed teams but I guess that konami are still negociating for some teams.
By the way, I just saw Adam's site, he seems very delighted about the game he played today.

Maybe someone could ask him if there were german clubs in the build he played today (in order to know if it's the same build that Ronaldinho_23 played) ;) ?

Really? That's very disappointing to me, because I don't really care about that at all. Great news for people who do I guess. I don't know why I allow myself to be hyped up by adam every year... he sure knows how to hype though!

The question isn't the "unreal moments", but the realistic feeling of a soccer simulation, and I can tell you, none of the game is a simulation right now, FIFA because it´s responsiveness, some dull moments related to the ball physics, and the general feeling of it (to me). PES because... well, because... The game that was closer to achieve that was PES5, imo.

Apparently Konami have more to tell at Gamescom. It's not over yet.

I hope the big Bundesliga teams are licensed at the very least,

We can't go four years with no Bundesliga presence, licensed or not. I guess the powers that be in Germany don't want more money.

Right, but I think we will have some german teams in the game, maybe 2 or more.

For the moment, we just have to wait and if someone is willing to ask to Adam (on twitter or on his site) if there were german clubs in the game he played today we could be a bit reassured.

Same here. If realism isn't fun, then it isn't done right. FIFA09 is hardly realistic, with the ball bouncing off players and shifting possession 5 times/sec.

But for me, I want a simulation that replicates the real thing on TV. However, if done wrong, a simulation could be very frustrating.

So, FINALLY ! There will be 360 degree movement for PC/Xbox360 versions ? I'm not interesed I must play with sticks, I'm asking if PC/Xbox360 will feature this movement technology or NOT, that's all !
And about Licenses, only PS3 version will have Europa League/Champions League ?

@intrepid it does sound good on paper but what would you have said if it didn't sound good on paper? You would've written it of there and then.
Seriously cant you lot be happy that we have seemingly have 2 good games this year.

I am ecstatic with the news today. R23 came good and is now a legend IMO.

Also there is just too much to comprehend today. I cant imagine King Seabass unveiling any more.

I just want to see a video of the game now.

Will Suff and Adam be commenting on the game they played or does it have strict NDA's. Im guessing its the same build being shown in Cologne and has 360 movement along with all the other stuff.

After all the negative talk from the early gameplay (incl me) I think this is going to be amazing.

Online looks particularly strong.

I've decided to get it on PS3 with FIFA on the 360. I just feel there is more you can do with the editing on the PS3 so its worth getting it if you have the luxury of both consoles:)

No this is not true because on xbox 360 You can editing very well:)

I think you will find that is wrong.

it's much easier ti import option files on the PS3 than it is on the 360, infact I dont even think the 360 can do option files unless you have some XATA thingy.

I just had an epiphany (spell check) king Seabass is going to announce what the release date is going to be earlier or on the same day as FIFA 10. You heard it here first. Please remember this is just a wild guess!!

Exactly. In ps3 a USB flash is enough to import files. In X360, you need some expensive gadget to do the same thing...

So far so good, we need to see a couple of videos...

I guess Seabass will announce free joints for all the journalists who will test the latest build at GC. Damn, I would like to be there ^^

Oh come on guys:BLINK: You need data transfer kit and memory card to put option file into xbox360.For example D&B Elite OF is brillant.I don't see any problem:SNACK: aha cost very cheap.
