13 ML had the infamous boots that boosted player stats and other similar arcade elements that I can't recall in details. Pretty ridiculous, but overall the game was super good to me and one of the last Pes I played for the whole season and beyond. Plus it was stuff you could just ignore and play like it wasn't there.
If that's from Konami then that's absolite confirmation.Arsenal confirmed ?
But... is demo really a representation of what you'll end up getting if you buy it?.
That's the real question.
I dont know is somebode post this video.
Spoiler: ASIM is with the RED cursor and yeah he sucks bad as always, but anyway. I do not see the pitch condition to change, or at least to have some footsteps or traces of playing on something as PES 2018. I was watching carefully yes there are any traces they are there at the beginning of the match, the pitch is the same from the beginning to the end of the match or i'm wrong?
They are limited in how many PL clubs they can license...From the little research I have done in Twitter it seems like this year they are taking a different approach in licenses. They are focusing on signing rival clubs. So don’t be surprised if they signed Everton and Tottenham as Liverpool and Arsenal rivals. You heard it here first
I was talking about that too. They are not that smooth, the transitions are bad and raw... but somebody says " its early build" I just say they desperately try the game to look " different" from PES 2018 in every possible way, for good or wost they do not care. Its me or the animations are worst than PES 2018?
Ive read above about the knuckle shot and rising shot and totally agree with you guys. These kind of shots must be contextual and based on body position.
Other thing is to flick the ball to the oposite position. In older versions this was contextual too and not just triggered by pressing R3 like on a fighting game or something.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure of it too. There's never been more than three and with Arsenal and Liverpool both all but confirmed for this year, I expect to see the Fulham licence not feature in 2019.They are limited in how many PL clubs they can license...
They are limited in how many PL clubs they can license...
Hope that someone from Konami is watching this match. All these fouls, 31 until now.
Hope so, however it'll take three or more licensed Premier League teams in a PES game to convince me they can.Apparently not anymore. Also I don’t see how it’s legally possible to block someone from negotiating with clubs. Clubs should be free in deciding who they want as sponsors. And from what I have heard, some clubs are now free in choosing their sponsors. Everton and Tottenham has no affiliation with EA whatsoever.
The DFL successfully sued KONAMI for including a fake German league in PES 5. There certainly is a gentlemen's agreement between the FA and KONAMI.Apparently not anymore. Arsenal confirmed ?
Gentlemen's agreement? What's the point? It's not like KONAMI's gaining anything from the FA. The three club rule is just assumption, no one can legally stop them from signing clubs. The DFL successfully sued KONAMI for including a fake German league in PES 5. Funny to see people hype them selfs already or letting go already the game.
Ill wait for the demo.
No vids or feedbacks matter to me.
Looking forward to it sure.
Yes, but they can sue them for recreating the Premier League without a license. If PES only had an exhibition mode without any leagues, they could certainly include as many licensed teams as they wanted.no one can legally stop them from signing clubs.
They've already recreated the Prem without the license, haven't they? The players aren't really licensed to the FA, but rather to FIFPRO. Don't see any basis for legal issues but I'll ask a lawyer that I know.Yes, but they can sue them for recreating the Premier League without a license. Same here, I just watch the vids and think for myself after playing the demo, everyone else can say whatever they want, at the end of the day it's just a game, not the end of the world
Japan had plenty of fouls against Belgium.....Hope that someone from Konami is watching this match. All these fouls, 31 until now.
I get all the arguments and agree that legally they should be fine if there's nothing contractually there, however there's only ever been two. This year is the first time that there could be three as there are three teams licensed in PES 2018 that are in the Premier League next season. Fulham are going to clear this up; if they're licensed then you're right, if they aren't then that's more evidence towards them being limited to two teams. They've already recreated the Prem without the license, haven't they? Also,
In that way, shouldn't Federcalcio be already sueing them? They have all teams but one licenced from Serie A.
Thanks for sharing this. Thought it was really good. Shogun asked the questions methodically and pushed for clarification or expanded answers when needed. I come away from it being a little clearer about the feedback process, and about what sort of things are more commonly fed back.Full Interview with Asim - Shogun

It's just as plausible that it's been an internal norm all these years, as a kind of budget management. Especially over the CL licence period.I get all the arguments and agree that legally they should be fine if there's nothing contractually there, however there's only ever been two. Just out of interest, why are you posting on a discussion thread then? It's a question that's always in the back of my mind when I read people saying things like "it's just a game" or "videos/opinions don't matter to me". It seems a bit like going to a book club and talking about how much you hate reading. I've never understood why these platitudes are considered insightful or worth liking etc. surely everyone knows it's just a game and that you need to judge it yourself? Or am I missing something?
It was utterly exaggerated as an effect indeed, but... Isn't it what the manufacturers tried to advertise back then? "Buy adizeros and you'll be faster", "No, please buy CTR 360 and get more control!", "Screw those commercials, listen to me... Buy a pair of predator LZ and see how much improved is passing accuracy if you use the instep, or power if you use the laces zone!"13 ML had the infamous boots that boosted player stats
Yes, it's not about the players, it's about the teams. Considering that 18 out of the 20 teams are unlicensed, the product makes it pretty obvious in its current state that KONAMI is not a license holder for the Premier League. If on the other hand 18 out of 20 teams would be licensed, the FA could argue that KONAMI is tricking people into believing that the game features the official license. They've already recreated the Prem without the license, haven't they? Apart from that, there is an old Latin phrase: Nullo actore, nullus iudex.
