Which is the best patch for correct player/team names, no duplicate players in ML and kits?
Not bothered about paying if the quality is good enough. I'm a bit out of the PES loop so I don't know who usually produces the best OF.

Yes, that's of course the best way but at release these patches aren't available so I would recommend the optionfile from PES World.

Do you have Windows Update KB2670838 installed ? If not - it can be a reason of white screen and error.
Update can be downloaded and installed separately.

It was a bug like that present last year. But last year it was for the demo and the retail. It got patched after 1 or 2 months later.
Windows Update KB2670838 is important for Windows 7. For Windows 10 I do not know the reason of crash exactly.

Its possible it might. I haven't fired up 2019 yet to test but I'm working hard on getting new V1 ready so you might not have to rely on that old version for too long.
Also you don't need to look on PES Patch for my packs as they are in the editing sections here at Evo-Web, ad free.
