I agree with you Zee about people having an agenda. . . but no . . .they're only trying to improve the game by complaining because they want to bring the glory days back ha ha. ..WENB is swamped with them. .they think they are super intelligent but come on to a Pes site to slate Pes and defend Fifa and the moderators allow them to insult people all the time.. . Pesmunki has shown them up as hypocrites and trolls yet they seem to boss the site.

Prove it... Prove it... It is someones OPINION!! Can they not state an opinion about elements of a Game that they may or may NOT like without having the words Prove It rammed down their fucking throats? Seriously...

I think someone posted earlier on that during an interview at Gamescom, Adam Bhatti said that they wouldn't include "Error" in the shooting because it takes the "Fun" out of the game... what the holy mother of ASS?!! So its fine for shots to be mostly straight and true and powerful (PES 2017, 16, 15, 14)? Really?

On another note, Here is a Pogba Goal from PES 2018 Online BETA which sums up the meh shooting for me.

i don't need to back shit up to you, i made my point from what i seen. I don't agree with your idea of PES game-play future and you don't agree with mine. So when something else comes up i'll voice my opinion and that's that. You play a different way then me and a different PES generation. So let's just agree to disagree on shooting in PES 18.

yup this is called meh shooting indeed, there is.no satisfaction or anything when u know trajectory wise/stance/body position/animation its gonna be like that and keeper looks like he hit his head and trying to wake up.from it
 
Pes is great all over the pitch except where it counts..shooting

It's why pes doesn't keep me playing all year long anymore

If pes 2018 had FIFA shooting then wow we would have a nearly perfect game

Hmm I can´t really disagree with that. Fouls are there. Many yellow cards been given away against the COM when I play ML. In some matches more, in some less. After like a 100 games I had the ref giving two yellow cards to a COM player and sent him off.
Penalties are totally rare....I mean really rare, I don´t argue here!
BUT:
I think finding the right balance is something KONAMI is really struggling with. Seen it in recent years that instead of fine tuning one thing, they go too extreme in the opposite direction.
What I´m trying to say is:
I rather have it like that, than having penalties EVERY SINGLE TIME a player gets slightly pushed.
This would freak me out!

I feel you! But I´m hyped too. Wasn´t hyped for 2015, not for 2016 and not for 2017.
Gave 2017 a chance and fell in love with PES again, that´s why the hype for PES 2018 ALSO BECAUSE I played the beta and liked it a lot.

The art is not letting you bring down by other´s negative opinions. ;)

Here's all i know, Winning Eleven 9 LE with 2015/16 patch.

Has much better shooting, ball physics, crossing, foul system, AI defending, and no scripting.

They say PES 18 is big on game-play? Better job on faces than game-play IMO.

Sorry, but I don´t see better shooting at all in there. I don´t see better ball physics neither.

Don´t get me wrong, I respect your opinion. You don´t like shooting in PES 2017/2018 and that´s okay.
But this video doesn´t convince me at all.

May I ask why exactly it´s "meh" to you?
When checking the replay, you see a little trajectory to the right. Maybe not enough, but it´s not completely straight.

Would need to go through my PES 2017 replays...I believe having seen stronger trajectories in the past.

I mean...well this Pogba shot doesn´t feel overwhelming (by watching at least...wouldn´t know how it felt by playing myself), but it doesn´t look that bad to me either.

i honestly don't see anything wrong with the shot. it was a great strike. sometimes they go in and sometimes they don't. this one went in with a bang!!

the last three/four page are really boring, guys we understood yours POV, please stop to talk about shooting. its clear that someone totally dislike the shooting system and others don't care of that or don't find that too much bad.
You are speak about the same things that you already stated before the beta.
The game has not yet been released , neither the demo, so please stop talk about the 'Big Nothing' , just wait instead of write redundant post.

So we have different people almost trolling with their repetitive post, but the one who "should stop" is the only one who's trying to stop the trolls with evidence. Kinda funny.

I'm all hyped with this game, btw. Them trolls can't do nothing against me :SMUG:
 
Would any volunteers like to strip this thread of all news, and post it as a separate thread (which I'll stick to the top of the forum)?

Then we can blast this one into space and start again. I think it's going to be the only way to move past the bickering.

Potentially might just need to take a hard line and delete posts that aren't news or related to news about PES 2018? Since the thread lock a few weeks ago I thought it had massively improved in terms of the content on this thread but the last 2 or 3 days have been a bit on the shite side once again with videos posted about PES 2017, talking about nets and even FIFA 98 being posted.

I just want the demo to come out so people can play it and then start whinging.

Agreed - hence why I was asking for any volunteers to fish the news out into a separate thread so that we can then lock this one and let it sink into a watery grave, with a new discussion thread to operate alongside it where we delete anything even vaguely off-topic (and then get called nazis for doing so, but I'd rather have that than the current arrangement - and incidentally, we've had a nasty message sent to the Evo-Web Facebook page anyway, so I feel like mods will always be regarded as the bad guys).

I like most of them too. Just the ones who swan about in Lambretta gear who think it makes them a mod I can't be dealing with.

It's the rockers you really need to keep an eye on, but some of them are sound too.
 
So it seems like we are getting 3 brand new european partnership....What do you guys want?

I'm hoping for Napoli, Monaco and something like Celtic/Ajax/Zenit.....

That's what i'd like, but i have a feeling two of them will be Milan/Inter (completely useless since we already have faces and stadiums) and Arsenal.
