Is it the case that if all images were 1024 x 1024 that just about everything would be covered? I have 16 slots approx. (it says approx when importing) left and have Serie A, Serie B, EPL, La Liga and Bundesliga all in place.

Admire the attention to detail out there, but not sure if I need manager pictures and Stadium images if it is going to take up valuable kit/emblem space.

Hopefully a fully optimised file will surface over time.

Agreed. The manager pictures and stadium images are a nice touch, but not at the expense of more kits. Luckily removing them is quick, and easy.

The kid inside me is happy so far! :D

Gotta keep playing. Started a new season with Leicester and did some more tactical work. Beat ManUnited and then came back after 1 down against Watford. What a match that was!! Have it on video.

Cristianos file should be updated tomorrow, that will see me get going I think. He is adding 4 or 5 other European teams to his pile, I have Rangers, Celtic, Aberdeen (could add Hearts, but might be overloading SPL sides).... as well as kits for Olympiakos and Panathinaikos, although no bin to sort their squad out.

Thats 12, so half covered, which I think will be enough to get me started at this point... I mean the only sides I really want in there are maybe Zenit, Shaktar, Anderlecht... maybe Salzburg, Red Star... Steaua... just a mix really of odds and sods to finish off the European flavor to it all.

Ive literally been scouring websites for PES OFs :D, even trying to learn greek to see if they have a bin for me :D

EDIT - This is the bloke doing the SPL.. not sure how good they are, but its something if you need something.

Having played now for nearly a week PES 2017 on xbox one with gamespeed -1, topplayer, full manual, cup-games, I think I can state a first impression (to really judge the game, a few months are needed):
Imho they have nicely built upon PES 2016 and tried to fix the main-problems it had. Actually it's the culmination of Konami's goal to bring back the magic of the PS2-PES-games into the modern era, starting with the new engine in PES 2014. Slowly but surely they added some keyelements (full manual gameplay, dynamical physics...) to make it happen, the last and imho most difficult ingredient was the "free ball"-aspect in PES 2016.

With most of the difficult engine-elements in place, they could concentrate on refining the gameplay this year (for example by making attacking more difficult than defending), further improving the animations and physics, the decisions by the referree, adding more individuality to players and teams, and introducing an adaptive AI to make offline gaming more interesting in the long run.

For now the magic is strong with this one (despite a few engine-inherent problems), have to see if it remains so after a few months, knock on wood:)).
 
The guy that does the WEHK file says you can lower the res of kits in-game. Incredibly handy if true.
 
Guys don't forget if you want to test another OF - you can save edit data to USB or upload online and if you don't like it you can just swap back.

Or set up a 2nd account on PS4 and test on that account.

Anyway just came to say I have spent the last hour implementing 'WEHK v0.2' OF that released today and it's superb, Bundesliga and all National kits and Series B and Spanish 2nd and Portugal.

Basically there doesn't seem to be anything left unlicensed and if you are coming from PES World OF you are going to notice all the new teams and kits, just had a cracking first game.

Scotland v Ireland - scored a nutmeg goal past keeper from edge of the box with a toe poke shot.

Also no crashes or problems - it just installs and works.

If you are fed up waiting on PES World to get around to everything then this WEHK File has the lot.

Really does seem like they attempted to add more goal variety and "fix" the low corner goal issue from 15 and 16, by scripting in these volley goals from 20 yards out.

Yes, it's the shooting in PES2017 that lets the game down for me and keeps it just out of reach of the great PES games, circa 2004. The shooting in those games was a lot more varied and had terrific feel to it.
 
I do see a fair few goals like that but i have no issue with variety at the moment true its still early days but im happy with it so far.I scored a beautiful looking goal on my ML with Pescara broke free of inters right back and passed to my CF who was heavy marked in the area so i dummied the ball it went through his legs to my MF was to the right of the penalty sport and as it came across his body he sort of stumbled and scuffed it and it dipped into the far corner just past the GK looked so realistic and natural i still lost 2 -1 but things like that make it a joy to play creating realistic moments you see every weekend
