Currently using 'Fan View' camera, it best replicates the Nou Camp camera angle to me but I'm having a really annoying issue where the cursor above the players' head is dropping to under their feet instead. It seems to happen when on the far side of the pitch almost exclusively. As you can imagine it's extremely distracting when trying to defend as I have to try and figure out if the cursor has dropped or I swapped to the wrong player.

kind of a "mood" system, i guess. when a player does well on the pitch it might give him an extra boost. dont know for sure but its not working against me. some other users said it ruins the game.
i dont like to loose the cutscenes and stuff... adds to the whole soccer feeling, imo!

dont know if anyones noticed but they've removed player injury cutscenes, off to the sidelines on a stretcher/limping off

Seems to work ok for me.
Set Leicester to Konami stadium, turf pattern to circular and black nets.

but is that the cpu team that are leicester and in master league mode

if your the home team they work every mode

if cpu are home team they only work in friendly games and sometimes people have said CL games

I'm not on social media so can't join in - but would love them to sort this if enough people moan, you just never know.

I made a video of the grass comparisons form this and last year, its somewhere on the lastfew pages - feel free to send them that as direct proof of how much of a backwards step it is visually.
 
i think the reson for the change in grass colours is the added mud and scuffs they have added not sure you would have seen them on pes 16 dark but beautiful pitches i would rather they went back

This 5 second gameplay tweak - does it actually improve the AI attack? Has anyone tried this extensively?

If answers are "yes" then what chances of a new option file with all teams tweaked to improve the whole package? I'd love that.

Yup. Just make sure to turn off auto-save, and invite your friend to Share Play after you've loaded your ML save. By doing this it allows you to play "local" multiplayer with an OF as opposed to getting that message that pops up and prevents you from doing so. I play all of the offline modes via Share Play. I use Geforce Gameshare on the PC to play FIFA, and PES with my friend as well. It's a dream come true, albeit a touch laggy for the one connecting.

I sent them this video today as well as a tweet every couple of days on the issue and the amount of people talking about it on the forums. I have had nothing back. It's annoying when you then see them re-tweet people saying how amazing the game is

There is two issues in the game that could so easily add so much to the game and they won't listen. Allow us to decide the time of day and stadium for all games including the master league and give us turf that looks like the turf people have been creating for years on these forums for patches for PCs

If sending to Adam I would instead encourage sending to Asim and @officialpes, mate.

I'm going to wait until I play another week or so then PM Asim/Adam with some observations.

If some patient soul wishes to do some comparison shots/videos between a variety of PES2016 and PES2017 turfs (St Jakob Park at daytime is the big one for me) then happy to pass on.

I will say keep video titles or any text on them nice and respectful though, as if they are littered with "stupid Konami!" or personal stuff I just know it might get dingyed/ignored, as I would probably do similar. Not that I am suggesting anyone is not doing that, least of all chimps-with-quiffs.

Keeping it succinct, factual, respectful and with clear examples will increase likelihood of being heard.

Sometimes I love that Im not great at footie games. I read people saying "Oh fifa is too easy on hardest difficulty, just beat barca with 99% possession 7-0" or "piece of piss pes, 8-2 with default ML side vs legends team on highest difficulty"

Whereas I struggle on 1 above default. Not in the sense that I'm rubbish.. I just seem to be a bit of an odd ball and end up playing games where im grinding 1-0 wins or going into a match and being forced into playing games for a draw. My goals are scrappy and hard fought and I concede not because if the ai errors, but because I'm stupid and drag a defender out of his position.

I'll play arsenal vs spurs and get loads of the ball, tons of chances but also be shitting it defending and end up losing it from a corner.

Or I'll be too cocky and knacker my man city team out by the 60th minute and have used my subs already and end up being ripped apart by Vary's quick counter runs.

Or as not long ago, I played Hull vs West Brom and I had no idea how to break them down. They played with 10 in defence and it was a nightmare. I ended up getting a penalty and scoring late on and then dropped my own defence back and laughed at them struggling. Karma bitches :)

The variety of play is something else. I can instantly tell the difference between Everton, Newcastle, arsenal or a PSG. They just feel like totally different teams with different strengths and play styles.

I have said it already, the gameplay is very very good.
KONAMI should keep it as a base and really concentrate on graphics and bells and whistles next year.
Tbh, even I really like it, it doesn't look like a PS4 game to me.
At least not with that washed out style.
How they forgot what the turf looked liked last year and release the game with this carpet is beyond me.
So yeah I'm in but please let's be really really careful and respectful.
I don't have anything against this guy and can understand the dark side of his position according to bad tweets, but he can act very sensitive sometimes :)
