PES 2017 PlayStation & Xbox Discussion Thread

^ good idea ^ Difficulty concept should change altogether... Instead of difficulty changing the intelligence of the AI (AI should always be intelligent) it should change the style of play.. There could be 3 levels of "Game Feel"
1. Simulation: What most people here want
2. 1/2 & 1/2: between sim & arcade
3. Arcade: Fast paced, less fouls called, etc...
 
okay guys lets cut to the cheese early. the demo will come out earlier in asia sure, so how to set up my PSN to korean or whatever will it be?

i assume i have already one of those acc from last year ...? for another e-mail? i guess...?

cool so KONAMI removed all these emblems from the website server just now
that means they are monitoring evo-web?
i hope you can try your best to get more than 2 la liga team license (if it's not that exclusive as premier league)
also it would be great if you can make a Hong Kong National Team in game + AFC CUP competition license :ROCK:

i checked the PES Asia official facebook page,
it says 25th August (i'm not sure if it's for Hong Kong or Asia)
so maybe the america area can play the demo first this time

KONAMI has entered a partnership deal with one of Germany’s biggest football clubs, Borussia Dortmund.
The deal will see Borussia Dortmund faithfully replicated within PES 2017(Septerber 15 on sale) and future PES-related titles both for home systems and mobile-focused, with the publisher granted exhaustive access to the club’s many stars.
Also the playable PES 2017 demo will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PlayStation 3 on August 25th. Stay tuned!

Konami really are incompetent
 
I genuinely feel there's going to be many that aren't going to like pes17 because they don't like 16...

Defending keeps getting mentioned but I don't think there's anything wrong with it in 16 and while the keepers certainly don't help at times most error is due to the end user rather then the code..

It's a funny one because I'm really satisfied with pes16 as are many..

Just think some of you are never going to be happy because you never took the time to master 16.
 
for all you guys looking to download the demo asap, have a look at the NZ store! i downloaded the demo last year over there! pretty sure its gonna be out there first!

in a nutshell: he did not like pes2016 and 17 still has some anoying niggles but its better than 2016 he said! animations transition is better and overall the game looks better. fifa is his choice for a couple of years now, but he's checking on PES every year too.

Played pes16 loads in the first few months,and I've been playing it lots this last month and that's after 8 months of fifa16..

Don't know whether it's the patch or whether it's just better on the ps4(rather then the xboxone).

Can't put it down,and there's variation in shooting and many facets of the game that I just didn't uncover in the first three months.I even love the shooting now and get the feeling.

Pes17 to me looks the same,just with more polish and refinement.Thats more then enough for me.Wouldn't even consider Fifa now,because for me even pes16 is in a different league.

The commentary was terrible in those first two videos.
 
I wonder how the ML is gonna be.
Isn't this reworked in PES 2017?

How was the ML in 2016?
The last one I played was the one in which players never got injured which was a major turn off for me.

Hows that in 2016?

I think Bhatti said earlier that ML is totally reworked this year. But in the latest interviews I don't think he has even mentioned that game mode. So my guess that was just BS talk.
 
there were injuries in 2016 ML but not enough.

the biggest problem with ML was still overly aggressive player development curves, and regenerated players coming through with OVRs that are too high

27 games in to my Serie A campaign,11 injuries so far,3 from training,between 2 and 11 weeks.
I'm a bit tired of injuries right now.
Had 6-7 first season,about the same last

So does this mean that AGAIN we can only import the kits and NOT the option files? I remember at E3 we were promised otherwise? Any ideas?

yes but a little above at the beginning they wrote:

"Largely expanded Edit mode, with freely editing uniforms, players, and stadiums available!

By selecting low resolution when importing images, the limit of uniform creation will be quadrupled compared to the past.
Also, you can import all your edited kits and player data in a batch on your USB flash memory. Select your team and apply the data you choose."
