I recommend yosfx patch, you can find it on YouTube.
 
hmm. are you playing on low settings? that could be another thing that could cause the issue. also are you using any pitch mods?
 
Does anyone know the latest version of the slider that can be used here in PES 2017? I don't know if I'm mistaken, but I think the game isn't compatible with the new versions.
 
Relative noob here to PES mods here. I have really been enjoying PES gameplay recently and have downloaded face pack and smoke patch which is up and running.

However, graphics on PC look very meh. Super janky and pixelated. Would appreciate any advice for a go-to mod that fixes that. People talk a lot about reshade presets, is that what I should be looking for?

Anyone recommend any in particular?

If you're on AMD, try using the radeon image sharpening and set it to like 80% that can make a MASSIVE difference. I'm sure there's an equivalent on nvidia as well

Reshade also has some sharpening filters that you can apply.

Will also suggest running the game on vulkan rather than d3d9 using dxvk-- will give you better performancr and compatibility with recent hardware

As for graphics, there are tonnes of mods that have been created over the years for pitches and improved colour gradients so you might need to dig a bit on youtube.

If you ever get around to using the Sider for PES 2017, I will recommend trying my tool from these forums called Superloader-- that's pretty much the most comprehensive tool for inserting modern pitches, 3d rain effects, snow, graphics mods etc into the game (don't mean to self-promote but it is pretty useful for what you're looking for)

Really appreciate it man! Well have a tinkle with these suggestions when I have some time tonight, thank you.

I can try the sider. Is that the same as the sider.ini text page where you save mods In after adding them to the downloads folder?

Would love to try your superloader mate, thank you for the suggestion as well!

Man, i feel like there is so much more life still in older pes titles than efootball. Maybe also most of us here are the older g
eneration that grew up playing PES.

Thanks for the guide.. Quite useful! :TU: I was able to apply this specifically for PES 2017 (NVIDIA), but I but the image sharpening (in NVIDIA control panel, specifically for PES 2017 only - image scaling option) approximately to 15-30% (80% was creating some weird graiiny effects) and it does make a difference.

Regarding pitches and color gradients,, I have yet to find one that keeps the more "muted" PES 2017 colors which I like, but enhances graphics.. Most of the ones I've seen on youtube are 1. difficult to download or through strange link shorteners.. or 2. make the game a bit too fluorescent for my taste.. But anyway.. Still looking for one. :)

Any mls stadium pack for 25/26 season for all 30 teams?
I have like 14 stadiums but the pack was old and outdated.
Any form of help would be appreciated.
 
Does anyone know how to fix this issue where the match is freezing when you finished your game in BAL using a sider?
 
Hi, I'm having a problem with different face packs from different creators (and only for one player).

When I add them to any of them, it works, but the problem is that I have to go to each player's profile and reset their face because they get the default face.

I have to go to Appearance, then to Face Edit, and reset it one by one so that their real face appears.

I don't plan to go one by one with more than 1000 players.

Any ideas on how to avoid this?

(I forgot to mention that although in some cases the faces of some players need to be reset, others are perfectly fine.)

Glad to see the PES 2017 modding scene developing even more, with the next season v5 patch and the immersive play patch. Though I'll probably still play the FC 26 patch most of the time :)

PES 17 community is very active on Facebook but not on EvoWeb. PES Professionals Patch changed source code of game and added unbelieveble things, he never stops, still working on new discovery

Everybody I know who plays PES 2017 talks a lot about PES Professionals patch, need to check that out

I hope someday he gonna move to PES 2021, Mohamed Alaa is senior programmer I believe he can make something good that he did it in PES17 in 21 too

Maybe it's selfish of me but I hope not, PES 2021 already has many expert modders but I think 2017 deserves more love still
 
guys i have installed pes 2017 on windows 11 pc and it suffers micro shuttering...i have disabled hyperthread and fixed the fps limit to 60 on nvidia gpu. do you have any solution?
 
hey everybody i am new to patching, can someone recommend me a STABLE patch for pes 2017 please ? i downloaded Smokepatch 9.5.2 and i was playing BAL and enjoying it until the game started crashing after a completing a match in third season so i lost my progress sadly

Try the PES professional patch
 
I am currently working on updating PES 2017 database. I have completed all assignment and added 90% of newly promoted teams for the 2026/2027 season ahead.
The only issue is that the game crashes when import player. In the player CSV file. When I deleted the Japname and shirt name column for all the players, the game works fine but when I import the players without deleting the shirt name for the players, it crashes.
I need help to solve the crashing.
