A minor complaint, but thank God the PC version exists because some of those faces look absolutely terrible.
 
People freaking out about gamespeed. Check

Someone assuring him because it's YouTube. Check.

Come on guys - online or 1v1 football games will feel faster because some people are pressure abusers. Offline you have gamespeed sliders. Stop freaking out about the speed of these videos.

Listen, mate. THE game looks FASTER due to YT. Don't be foolish. I have the file on my laptop seperate from YT . It IS made faster due to the framerate locking when uploaded to YT. Stop trying to be a wise ass. It's not cute. Gamespeed is fine. I'm simply stating that the video exaggerated the speed. You are in no position to condescend when the video file is in my possession and also since you are misled.

That comment sounded like you were posting it straight from YouTube and you were confused as to whether it looked fast or not. Are you now saying the file in your possession is the original file and that you uploaded it? Or did you download it from someone elses post on YouTube and it looks slower on your PC?

I was taking a jibe at people in general freaking out about gamespeeds. Sorry if you took it personally but your comment was confusing and sounded like another moan.

I note, though not yet fully 2014 PES expectations real soccer games entirely, but it brings something new and innovative, so it is well worth the thumbs up; Although it might be a little late for PC gamers to play it.
Not wrong I cite positive friends opinions in this forum that the PES 2014 will be the best edition of the football video game version ever existed. Pro Evolution Soccer is a game of evolution to the reality.. Who is able to deny it ...

They don't know whether it can be changed also online or not, I suppose.

By the way, I'm not sad about the demo for PC being released after the full game: it would make sense if they for once released a demo that played like the full game.
Otherwise, well, screw that. I'll wait anyway (by the time of the PC demo release, probably some friends of mine will already have bought the full game so I'll already have had the chance to try it).

Youtube doesn't support 60 fps, plus there are plenty of fps dropped on that footage. That's what happen when you try to upload a 60 fps footage on a site that doesn't support it. It will look choppy. Right click -> stats for nerd. 60 fps has been one of the most requested feature since Youtube inception.

The game might run at 30 fps but in reality it might running smoother than what we all seen in Youtube because of Youtube 30 fps limit and different recording setup. Maybe it is time to utilize twitch.tv or vimeo.
 
The Gameplay too quickly; I even saw the slow movement of players who might be adapted to make it more realistic in the video preview. I even assume the game player in the video they seemed too often push R1 dash, and rarely played in drible tricks and skilled, so we need to also look at the video which shows the skill of the individual players in PES2014 & this only made possible by a pro gamer. Instead of just running in the match,I'd rather do the exploration of the art of defending, perform set movements and counter with a cool animation, and this is supposed to be shown everything by KONAMI. Football is not the only way to make the score but how to rolled the ball and defend it with a beautiful way.
 
Perhaps the conclusion of all the technical stuff can be specified later in the game, but we need more information about skill in the game, it's unique what to do and most importantly whether the mechanism of playing really beautiful can be implemented? I have seen so far is still a lack of information about this on the PES 2014..

I think it's obvious the tools are there tactically and visually to play beautiful football like you say. Players just seem to struggle a little with the new controls and freedom and understandably so.
 
come on guys really...gamespeed?

As for the console vs PC bit I feel I need to say something here to sort of paint a picture.

Me and many others like to pick up a control press start and play.

No anti virus, no maintenance, no graphics card mumbo jumb etc etc etc.

I can respect it though and love the passion of PC gamers but please dont assume you the be all and end all of the industry

PES 2014 Tutorial still little to informed, its probably PES2014 control was similar with PES 2013 unless it is the latest shown in the tutorial??

I meant in terms of player controls, movement, feeling them etc etc .. A lot of people said it is different to pes 2013 so this is why we haven't seen enough great play on footage.

Yes that's understandable, perhaps this fact will be more challenging for us to exploring the greatness PES series from all editions existing football game.
 
Beautiful videos indeed even if the gamers aren't the best. I cannot fucking wait anymore, even if it might disappoint me playing this game, I have to play it to get this feeling out of my system.

PC gamer as we seem to have to wait a bit longer. The more I look at the video preview PES 2014 every day now, made me feel lazy to play soccer games 13 version for all platforms ...:RANT:
But anybody know about the level of difficulty in use in PES 2014?

im the same as well, NEED to play the demo, especially after seeing fifa CG, pro evo destroys it this year, fingers crossed the KING IS BACK

Strongly disagree gameplay aint too quick, to me that is perfect pace
 
While I'm happy with all the game play and such from the videos, and now that the demo is finally announced, it seems that we are just waiting for September to come and not much other news is being shown. Which makes me not as happy. The reason is, being situated in Hong Kong, I am able to get my hands onto the UK Version, Japan version or Asian version of PES. In the past year, I've bought the Japan version because of J League, but with only one site I found with mods for the Japanese version, I had to create the championship and most of the Bundesliga myself to play Master League with. I am a little angsty in not knowing what licenses are in the game, and what the differences are for different regions.

The most news we have had is from Chile and their version of the cover. I am a fan of J League, yet i also want to play Master League with the Championship and EPL as well. As patient as I've tried to be, Konami PR is really really slow in coming up with news this year. Does EA really steal that much from them that they are playing everything so close to the chest?
