You don't get the point mate. 75% code demo doesn't mean the retail version is at 75% currently too. And next code would be more % obviously and obviously (again) not the same % where retail's at. At the same time, the retail version isn't 100% yet, as it needs some polishing and finalizing.

No, always has been, and always will be the PlayStation. The huge amount of fanbase differences between the PS and PC are evident enough.

Sure you get all the fancy graphic on PC but on PS is where most of their fanbase hanging around. Beside to average consumer, the graphics on current-gen console is very much acceptable.

Don't be silly, I think pass assistance should be disabled online, learn to play the game before you match up against a rel oppoent. Pas assist all you want offline and against your mates at home.

What's the point of playing if Konami is passing it for you against zero assisted players?
 
If after playing the demo I decide to buy the game, then I really hope they have as many, or at least a reasonable, amount of transfers done already. Or have a roster update similar to FIFA's. It takes a few seconds to get the download in FIFA, and PES has some weird crap that downloads slower than any other game I have ever played.

They shouldn't remove it, toe poke passes only happens when the player is in a rush to pass the ball; they should just make it low paced and inaccurate just like in real life.

Edit: It'll be even more annoying seeing the player taking his time forcing himself into position to pass the ball, only to have it stolen by a pressuring defender.

Toe-poke should be there in football game as long as the context is correct, All this time PES only has "one fits all (direction)" type of toe poke animation :TTTH:

I want to see changes in PES 2014. :))

Manual seems a lot easier compared to back when I played it the most with FIFA 09, back when me, dudu, honome, shorty alien in our league. Manual back then was essentially broken,

Yep. Terrible way to play games; you have to pay less money for your games - who wants to do that? And what's with this idea of not having to search for a disc that may have gone missing all the time? It's such fun to have to hunt for that little bugger and man do I miss having to insert a different disc for each game! And don't get me started on the mods. If a game's mediocre, I want it to remain mediocre! What's the point of mods that occasionally turn a mediocre game into a good one, or a good one into a great one? Oh yeah - PCs aren't even tied to those fantastic smaller monitors any more - who wants to game in full HD on a big screen? Same for those new fangled gamepad things - we want keyboard control back for all games! No stupid gamepads!

FIFA regulars are talking about PES mostly because EA have said little to nothing about their game apart from a glossy pure shot video and the usual comparisons between the two are following.

Both Games are released late next month, no more than 5 weeks away, PES marketing has been dishevelled as per usual, EA have been very, very quiet, even more so than usual. With all the hype being centred around the next gen version. Even on their forums it's quiet.

That's rather elitist of you. Most football gamers fit into the casual category and just want a fun kickabout online. Don't force full manual on people. Many don't have the time or the will to learn it.

Filters are the way forward so that players using the same pass assist levels are matched together.

The way we play our football games is a complete mess these days. Too many control options aren't always a good thing. But that's another discussion....

But Manual is the pure Hardcore way of playing PES. Konamis main event, the PES League, should be played in this way since it's about pure skill and concentration while playing the game. I hope we get one ranking online which is purely based on manual and another which is based on all kinds of assisted. Right now I get to meet too many Real Madrid passing assistance 1-4 through ball auto shot players. Even in manual match up I get to meet people that skillfully pass themselves but let the computer shoot for them. Enough already!!! Separate the wheat from the chaff!

As I said, filters.

An organised league can impose whatever restrictions they like but that's a little different from casual online encounters.

I agree, but it should be more than just filters. It must be called something like Hardcore mode etc. just to make it interesting and move the now assisted passing players elite (The elite plays the game assisted too (PES LEAGUE), like casual players, which I think is just weak). It's not about the skill from the player. It's how lucky you are when you press the pass and shoot button. Cause it's mostly a decision made by the computer for you. Your input is moving the player and getting in position for the pass or the shot, the rest is up to the computer.
 
Worst thing currently, even when you do matched settings, there playing manual then all of a sudden, shootings on assist :(

Correct, they haven't released anything yet people quick to push their marketing department over the moon.

Anyway, does anyone knows if we will get AFC Cup? Or is it only the AFC Champions League?
