Que Significa?
Which league/leages is/are shown there?
Of course not but I am just saying people are not going bananas for no reason, right?
Yes they are, they are worry about things they don't need to.
You produce a video showing how using a certain function will score you a goal or beat a defender.
Yet people go apeshit over 'Defensive AI' and 'Keeper animations'.
That is just negativity for no reason. Focusing too much on one aspect and forgetting not every video is produce specifically to appease you own desire.

@Adam_Bhatti @WENB_ES :S bad news. kit ripple improve ?
(first trailer; good ripple/end trailer; very bad ripple.)Do you understand ?
Adam Bhatti @Adam_Bhatti 3h
@mustafasahinfb @WENB_ES maybe stop try to look at those things in a trailer showing heart?

@Adam_Bhatti Do you want (us) to close our eyes and feel the Heart only? This is so romantic![]()
LEGENDARY BANTER!!
That's not true. People are going mad because the fluidity we saw before is just not there. The heart feature is the least of people's concerns.
I am not defending anything.
He is lying as are you and I will be willing to post a video based on PES2013 on the PS3 to prove my point. very little wrong with shooting and heading in PES2013
You kids these days expect pes to be like PES 6 where you could run down the wing press O and boom header Adriano.
In PES 2013 (with all assists off) you have to pick your team mate out and place your headers as well as time the jump.
On the shooting side you can hit low hard drivers, you an lob deep lob low and nutmeg the keeper IF YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH
If you cant handle it go play FIFA but dont moan or the game to be toned down to accommodate for your needs. Its catering for the casual gamers that has caused half the problems we have with PES
A possible PES 2014 cover... Looks nice

There you go.
The video was never about showing fluidity, only about showing how exactly heart works.
If Konami showed fluidity here there is no reason why we will not see it again.

It's official cover. Love it, just like the J-League version of WE

They sit back because they are set to use long ball usually.
I've modified most teams so they all have different tactics, I tend to usually have more possession, not by 60%, depends on the opponent.

That's another thing that hopefully will be changed for the better in PES 2014: In PES 2013 most teams have generic tactical setups that are very similar to each other. This makes playing against the CPU boring.
I hope that for PES 2014 Konami makes the effort to put some right-feeling and varied tactical setups for the teams. Sure we can do it for ourselves but it takes a lot of time and effort, so that most people won't bother with it...

The best thing i expect in the future would be for konami to create some generic league styles, maybe one for Barca and that is really about it.
There is no point relying on Konami to sit there and study each and every team and get their tactics spot on, considering the Manager merry go round and crazy transfer market we see.
They cant get one team right, next week the manager is sacked and they start playing differently. Then you get managers like David Moyes where one week Everton in the past would play counter attack, then hoof ball, then possession play, depending on the opposition.
Just like kits, this is a community effort.
maybe thats next gen![]()
I want to believe in youDifference between E3 and the heart video.
- E3 shows the gameplay only, an entire half.
- the passing is set to 0 assist manual at E3.
- lighting and graphic quality was turned up to the max.
- The purpose was to show off the sexy stuff, graphics, inertia and animations.
- Heart video showed little bits of gameplay. It was more Cutscenes than gameplay. Infact some of the gameplay seemed to almost be scripted outcomes.
- The passing was probably on 3 bars, they just wanted to score a goal.
- The Lighting was crap, nowhere near the E3 levels.
- The Purpose was simply to show people how the mechanics of Heart works.
I think Konami just couldn't be fucked to render all the nice beautiful visuals, animations etc... for an instruction video. This is just bad marketing, nothing more, let's not throw the baby out with the bath water!
It's kind of odd completing the cycle of maxing out the hardware on the PS2 to maxing out the limitations of current gen. Sadly, not being a student anymore means I cannot put a 20 hours a day into things like MLO but I was always somewhat hopeful that they would conjure something special. I played 2011 for quite a bit but I couldn't really get into the two after that.
Without being overly harsh you'd hope that the preview vids that they are releasing now would at least show polished shooting animations, even if it isn't the main subject of the vid. If you've been away from the series for a bit you want to see something that looks like an obvious improvement, something that looks eerily lifelike. It doesn't matter how nice the grass is or how detailed the faces are, an unnatural shot followed by floaty ball physics somewhat ruins the illusion.
But yes, I will play the demo and give it a chance - But, for people that play the odd game here and there, this doesn't seem to offer a great deal more than the last few iterations. I assume that this is endemic amongst sports games but for casual folk I know what they will plump for when faced with buying either GTA or PES.

Hell yes let's get on it.
I need to discredit Fifa 10 through 14 in the next 10 minutes before bed time whilst extolling the virtues of the infallible PES series.

Welcome back badger, i remember very well the times when you were the only one defending PES while the other were throwing rocks on you because of that... or was it the other way around?![]()
Wrong attitude and very naive:
Every little bit of footage of a game being presented always gets viewed and judged as a whole. Noone (ok, let's be more exact: nearly noone) is watching these and says to himself: "Ok, this is meant to show a specific feature so let's just ignore the bad graphics, the bad AI..."
No, it's PES 2014's footage and no matter the purpose or context, it better be really good footage. Anything else should better be not shown at all.
What's the purpose of demonstrating for example shooting if the goalkeeper shown is totally retarded?
If it's not possible to demonstrate these features with good AI, with good and realistic goalkeeping, and with good graphics/animations... then don't bother to demonstrate these features, simple as that.
Mum's doing well mate, lost loads of weight and her and the old man are about to buy a bungalow where she can buy a load of chickens - Hopefully get some cheap eggs out of it.
The dotted line system for free kicks looks the opposite of all that is holy and what you would expect from a simulation. It is a disgrace to the art of sticking one in the top corner with Zico (unaided!) before thrusting your crotch in your mates face (also unaided). However if this feature is in PES then I will make the concession that it is the one true way to take free kicks and I was wrong.
It's nice to be back to convert the heathens back to the one true footballing god. Praise Talos.
I made the mistake of presuming that the game would improve in a linear progression. I didn't account for the fact that the PS2 is clearly the best console ever made, so much so that development gets put off for the next gen versions, crippling the series for years to come. It still had it's moments though.
