I created a system that works for Juventus and Napoli (both slightly different), I just wish I didn't have to add baby steps per se to my duties.

Stephan Lichtsteiner is brilliant at making these runs and I'm hoping that the better team mate intelligence will take things to another level.

The incisive run card is useful but its usually wingers/wide forwards that have that card, I want my wing backs to be strong at both ends.

I know its petty but I don't like compromising and playing a full back as a wide midfielder, it isn't the same thing.

First DLC will be out in Early October.

I guess this means that the DLC will update the newly promoted Spanish teams, as their squads are out of date, as are the kits I believe (?)

equipments means kits I guess, in the bad translation :P

Feels like I'm back in 1998 rather than 2012.

whats the formation u play?
try a support range value less than 10
and attack style slider more than 10
using e.g. lichtsteiner as an RMF, no lahm or alves but shud work somehow, thats one point i dont like about the changes they made, player individualism is high but u cant tell player how to play like u cud do in pes 2010 or ps2 engine games

That's Konami going back to the basics. I think they can only produce really good games when they have limited modes, options and licenses? :P

Maybe it's time to go back to Wardo Sacca Jikkyou Winning Eleven with Japanese letters all over it and only J-League teams? Those were the days.
Or if they can deliver a game as fun as Winning Eleven 4, I would settle for that shoddy Master League with 18 clubs from all over Europe :D

As you guys are on the topic of "WB", have you been able to get your "WB" to literally attack the penalty area? I don't see this behavior very often at all since PES2011?

I still have memories of my Kaebi/Dagaka(WB) making runs into the area and scoring past the onrushing keeper!

That's the same question i have...i play sacredly every week with 3 mates on the disappeared Konami League.
Maybe we can do mini leagues on Community mode?

Pen and paper has no sense, what will happen with the injuries, cards, fatigue, etc?. That can't go into paper...

For all those in the US having the PES v Fifa purchase debate on PC...there is no debate.

Konami aren't selling the PC version in the states. Mental. Annoyed. Angry. Irate. Sad.

Going to go digitally download something just to remind myself that it is 2012, and it's just Konami that are stuck in the dark ages.

I thought that was the only way to do mini leagues anyway ?

I'm in the same boat, and Community is all we use. It's an excellent way to set up leagues or cups with mates.

There has been talk that Community has also been removed, although I don't believe that. No chance.

Basically forcing people to pay over the odds to import a copy or take the easy option and pirate.

Why isn't PES on Steam?

My wing back formation is 3-5-2, and the wide players starting position (on the formation screen) is the halfway line.

I don't have 2012 any more and can't remember all my settings but I know that the compactness was set to 15/16.

They need to bring back the arrows.

This is what I'm trying to achieve (in certain situations) but in 2012 the players didn't do it willingly.

I'm really interested in how the South American ML works.

I've seen that you can choose a Brazilian league team or a team from PES or WE league. So does that mean the 2 fake leagues are shared between the European and SA MLs and are full of fake European players- or is there 2 versions of these leagues (Euro and SA)?

Was also wondering if the teams from Copa Libertadores appear in the SA ML in any way? It sounds like you can't play as one of the non Brazilian teams but do they at least show up in the Copa Libertadores within the ML? I hope so because these restrictions with the Copa Libertadores teams is a real shame and seems such a waste of good work and some interesting teams and players.

Any info would be great, cheers.

The teams and players stay the same, only 1 version.

I can see the Copa fixtures in the Sa ML so it looks like those teams are included when you qualify.

PES & We Leagues appear both in Europe ML & Latin America ML

Good news is you can buy players from Europe in a Latin America ML, but you cant buy players from Copa Libetadores teams, however, you can buy free agents and players from "Other Clubs" ie. Drogba, Corluka and so on, they appear in the "Others" section :)

Can't set up any sort of league, just ML and MLO. Can't find Community anywhere of the Pes Shop (can't remember if the shop was in 2012 though).

So uhh, this Latin America ML. How is it composed? Is it literally just the Brazilian league + the other European ones, or are there individual leagues composed of all the teams from Copa Libertadores?

Japanese companies are peculiar when it comes to digital distribution. Only Capcom and Square-Enix bother with it. I doubt most of the other ones even understand the concept.

Im still extremely depressed about the lack of league mode. If somehow konami make the master league so you can disable the buying and DIV 2 so you can do just the premier league along with its CL and so on then that would be ok.

one thing i got the hang of recently is link feints

love them. though i wish you could completely design your trick layout, instead of just link feints

but using running upper body feints is so cool :COOL:

You'll have more success designing them yourself and maybe only linking one or two at most. I have them direction specific, they are easy to remember that way. Also linking feints that are relevant to each other works very well.

yeah but i meant designing the actual stick, so you can pick what directions for all your tricks, or even remove some tricks that you never use

what combos do you go for? i only had a quick look and use Running body feint x2 and stepovers + upper body feint

Latin America ML is Brazil League, PES League & WE League (WE League = D2 League)

you cant buy any players from Copa Libetadores teams :/
