None of them are superhuman, you dont need to stop them just with physic BUT technique, ability and speed.

And Adriano WAS a powerhouse, now looks like a fat ex-player. He needs to be fit again.

Uh fat ex-player? You're probably confusing Ronaldo with Adriano.

Adriano is already regaining his form and that's evident by his recent goals with Inter & Brazil.

hey people can u help me?
i will buy the ps3 version, but i have not hd television, so i confused if i buy the ps3 version or the pc version, in pc the game seems more smooth and better graphics i dont know seems to me, maybe its because i dont have a hd television? pc version or ps3 version can u help me decide?

Was playing the demo tonight and realised that you can player as just one player in the team- prob been able to do it since PES3 or something but I've never realised. Really like the little offside flag that appears above your head when standing offide (i was often inadvertently snuggling into the opposition keeper when my defence has the ball- lol)

so I wonder what konami's big surprise is I reckon or should that be hope its gonna be updated transfers download patch that would be awesome then we can have a better online experience. anyone playin pro evo 2008 online at min, ive been playin since 5 pm and havent lost a game

Anybody talking about the warez release will have the admins and the mods on their case shortly, just beware if you want to stay an Evo-Web member... No need to even mention it...

I was wondering if sum1 would be kind enough to answer a question for me..

Are you able to select kits before a game in a cup of league mode?

For some stupid reason they took that option out of PES2008 and it REALLY did my head in..!?

Maybe wait a bit and see how the comments are on the online gaming on the 2 different platforms.

If PC version seems more smooth why just don't go for the pc version (if online is any good), you'll get the nice graphics if your pc is any good. First i played with my 360 on a SD television and since 4 months i got a 24" computerscreen with hdmi and 1080p support for both my computer and the 360. The difference is great. Pes now looks much better and was even a bit better to play imo, cuzz it now is looking much sharper. Really hate the SD resolution on 360 and Ps3...

Well, it's not exactly SD resolution, still some HD resolution but the picture is upscaled (to 1080p if you wish) for both consoles.

Not particularly impressed with the PESFan kits to be honest, I know it's a work in progress, but why post pictures showing that they've put the old Prem number style on all of the kits (except the ones with a different, still wrong, number style)? It just shows the lack of attention to detail that's required to make a truly excellent OF with the editor.

The number panel on the West Ham kit is wrong too. The outer frame on that number patch is sky blue, the inner one is claret, and I don't think they've done the outer one at all. It's only a simple square in the middle of the shirt anyway, and it shouldn't take 2 minutes to do on the shape editor. Plus, still wrong number font, literally a ten second job.

Spurs kit has hooped socks not plain ones, Middlesbrough shirt shown on PESFan doesn't have the extra "corner" piece to the hoop camera right that those style Errea kits have this season - and there's a FULL FRONT shirt editor, so there's no "template" excuse for it not being done any more. The only weaknesses should be in the shoulder areas where there may not be enough template variety - the fronts are TOTALLY customisable.

I like the look of their Hull kit though, gives me some hope that something resembling the current Umbro templates are possible (which the West Ham effort doesn't). Nice JJB Sports logo too.

And no, I'm not easily impressed, as I've spent weeks on those things getting them EXACTLY right before and obvious stuff like the number styles should be the first job ! And at 00:01 on Friday (if not before), it WILL be the first job ! ;)

Hope I can get some .pngs onto the Xbox for use - somehow - if not, full on pixel editor mode here I come. The emblems will be a bastard of course...

LOL, sometimes I think I'm missing the point of PES altogether... but then I remember it's all about the edit mode. :)

It's no coincidence that I barely played PES2008 with it's sucky editing and hated the way PES6 on 360 looked !

I have the game be a legend mode is amazing but I was expecting online to be sorted there are only 8 people on the 360 servers yet the games still have the same issues as last year but this time twice as bad how is that possible!!!!!!!!

from what I heard KONAMI are still sorting out the servers, Canniggia has been highly critical of the lags but says there's been difference in the past fews days, and he did manage to play lag-free before the lag issues came back.
My guess is KONAMI is still playing around with the servers and want to get it right for the actual release date.

Oh yeah, some "cut back" goal against Venezuela (lol, worst team in South America along with my national team and Bolivia) and he is currently a starter at Inter... oh wait, he is not. Ibrahimovic is the starter as center forward.

He is not regaining any form at all. He is halfway to appear as a DECENT player. He is still fat. He is not as powerful as before. He has no accuracy. He is not as fast as before. He makes Ronaldinho looks thin at his side. So, all in all, he looks more as an ex-player before a real world class player, which honestly I think he was not in the past. He was just a physic player with the most powerful shot in the world. Not a really great dribbler or a technical player. And finally he is one of the worst players heading the ball to the goal (derby della Madonnina, anyone?).

Alcohol and depression destroyed him. He won't be as good as in the past.

Sorry for the OT, but I guess Adriano is one of those over-rated guys that now is just a really average player. He cant even become a starter at Inter... come on...

Guys i am from Greece. I have the game on xbox360. Game sucks big time. It is a pes2008 update with no graphics bugs. Same crappy running, auto feints and dribbles, robotic turns, crappy keepers! Also the idiot ''wait the whistle in every foul'' systems annoys me very much...

Pitty for Konami. No Evolution this year again. I am changing to fifa09 for the first time...

teh gameplay and graphics are not reflected fairly in the demo

Its a special game, like old PES and it looks good

granted im disappointed with the 360 editing but meh it can be patched!!!

you guys need to give this a chance...honestly!!

I did a master league like this a few years back (PES 4 maybe?) but my team mates were utter cack - I had to do everything! I was literally heading balls out of my own box then running up the other end to score.

I'm looking forward to Be a Legend - hopefully it's a much better version!

YOur re forgetiing one thing, its not hockey its football, stopable means u can take them ball not knock to the ground :-), Adriano is also doing a lot of atack fouls with his body balance.

Yea sorry - I apologise (I've been here since 2002 as well!).

I just get annoyed at those posts, theres no need for it now. How long has the demo been out?! Ages... and if he has the full game and doesnt like it for the reasons stated, then its no different to what people have moaned about in the demo for the last week+

If you dont like it, fine... if you want to play FIFA, fine. Go post in the FIFA forum - thats what its there for.

Its even worse if you've illegally downloaded the 360 version (I'm just guessing and apologies again if not) and then are moaning when people are still waiting and looking forward for the game.

Yes people, remember what everyone said when PES 2008 came out, it sucked big time,updated ps2 game and shit.... It the same scenario this year.
Don't judge it until you play it for at least a week.

BTw im getting the game in 10 minutes.

Also dont forget that we are different people with different opinions here.

These negative things i said are the same annoying things that made me angry about pro2008. I tried pes2008 several times in ps3/360 but it was a joke. Then i played pes2008 in ps2 for the rest of the year. I have the same feeling about pes2009. Sorry if you dont like my opinion, but thats it. Many friends of mine, in Greece, have turned to fifa09 already. And Greece is by far a pes country...No one played fifa. Until fifa09...

P.S. Pes2008 sucked big time. And i didnt play it at all in the end...

guys does the game support 1080p on ps3 ? or 720 is the maximum res just like the demo
