Being comfortable with 2k is always a matter of experience, scars and sliders. I for once play All-star difficulty and am loosing all matches by 3 points or less.
You can do great deffense and the cpu will destroy you anyway most of the times with cheesy plays or incredibly high shooting percentage. The only solution to have a FAIR experience has always been a mix of sliders and customization.
I'll try the sliders that tobi posted. As I recall we were using similar sliders for 2k9. The match we played online was exciting but I'll wait for a patch because I don't feel comfortable playing with those framerate problems, it just makes the game worse.
