Microsoft Xbox 360

In my defence I needed a Torx T10 to open my 360 in Singapore, went and bought a toolkit and then when I saw the T10 actually realised I already had one at home, so I don't think it was really bad of me to return the toolkit and get my $19.95SG back ;)
 
The only thing thats free is the shipping when you get the 3 red lights :) then when you get rid of the 360 another thing that is free is the stress of the darn thing breaking down all the time!!

I love the thing really :)
 
Well, I was playing GTA again this afternoon, everything was fine, then the screen started going luminous green like I was on acid or something and then back to normal and back to green again and then it froze so I turned the bastard off.

Not sure if I can hack speaking to some script-reading MS guy in India who hasn't got a clue what he's talking about to try and sort it out.

No red rings here, I think Jonney just doesn't look after his console properly, probably keeps it in a dusty drawer with no ventilation.....

even coopz and JB had the 3 red lights. does that mean they too dont look after there console :LOL:
 
but we dont come back and try and have a go at the 360 to justify buying a PS3 ;))
 
who says that the reason why im having ago on the 360 is to justify my purchase of a ps3? LOL come on coopz dont say that. i hope you was kidding! sounds as if your trying to defend YOUR purchase of a 360. smells like fanboy to me :S

hope im wrong though. it doesnt take a rocket science to understand why i critize the 360 based on that little story i told on how i brought a ps3. must i repeat myself and give tim another reason to post that broken record pic? LOL

I made no mention of being a fanboy or ps3 or 360, just simply posting a broken record as all you keep saying is RROD LOLZ PWND RROD LOLZ RROD PS3 and it's getting on my tits.

hold on, when did i indicate that you mention of you being a fanboy? when did i even metion ps3? all i did was reply to some guy noting about the 360, yes i repeat 360 rrod not ps3. this aint a ps3 thread and i didn't mention that on the last couple of posts above this.
 
Jonney that plus them Live messages you sent me saying how much of a Fanboy I was and how you didnt believe I even owned a PS3 sums it all up for me. Yes the RROD is a very prominent problem for a lot of us... Even my Elite has done it but I think I know why that was, it was in a confined space in a Entertainment Cabinet.

mine was on top of my wooden desk with plenty of air flow around it yet it still got the rrod. having it in a good place still doesnt prevent the rrod from happening.
 
The only thing that is bothering me is the fact that you have to buy things like the Wireless adapter, the Xbox live subscription and the VGA cable separately for ridiculous prices.
 
It don't need to be future proof becuase new consoles are out every 3-4 years and the 360 has already been out 2 and a half years

Yea an will drop support for the 360 just like the original Xbox.

MS dont care about the games industry.
