It's the big one tonight! Should be very tight, I really hope we score the away goal. I can see it being a nervy display and Roma just nicking it personally.

We should go for it. Roma aren't as good as the Italian teams from a few years back. I predict 2-1 to us.
@ Lo zio, manu havent got good back-up either imo, oshea/fletcher/richardson for midfield?! Their 1st team is strong, but after that its nothing special.
I have a bad feeling about today. I'd honestly play ANY other team right now. Something about Roma scares me.
GO Roma!!! oh sorry wrong thread:mrgreen:
i love scholes.
totti is the moron
Who's the ginger twat now?Riise is declared BANKRUPT! hahaha the ginger twat
Sorry, couldn't resist. I'm the kind of football fan who wants to see all of his country's teams doing well in Europe and that includes Man U, so don't think I'm having a go at Man U.
That's just an avatar, tikx4. I support a team in England's third league, Tranmere; but I've been to see Liverpool a few times, so if I could see any team win the Premiership\Champions League, it would be them; put it like that. But I'd be happy to see any English team win the CL.Who do you support jack? Newcastle? Theyre never competing with english teams in europe anyway. Personally i want manu and chelsea out, just because it gives liverpool a better chance imo. Otherwise i support the english teams in europe when liverpool are out, well besides chelsea.
bbc said:2037: We're seeing pictures of the crowd scenes and it does not make for pleasant television. One fan has blood streaming down his face and is being dragged to his feet by police. The police are wading in with batons.
"United fans appeared to charge the police and the police went in. It got pretty vicious. We're about 80 yards away but it seems to have quietened down now. We've just heard a loud crash and there is smoke over there. It is very, very nasty inside this ground now. I don't know if the Roma fans started this but they are happy now as it is between the police and the United fans."

2032: It is also half-time at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea are trailing to a wonder goal from David Silva. Not a good night for our lads so far, for so many reasons.
2031: The half-time whistle has gone at the Stadio Olimpico with United 1-0 down. Even more worryingly there appears to be major trouble in the stands with police having to intervene. It seems objects were thrown from the United section and the police have gone in to sort it out.
