Doesn't really fit into our young image, but hey, if we don't try hes heading chelsea's way, with ballack of course. Scary stuff...
 
What you lot are forgetting is that he`s use to a strong mid,what yous lack.Imagine Ruud with a strong Mid,That SCARY!!!
 
According to Daily Mirror we have bid 3m for Chimbonda.

Gotta say that if we do get him it will be a good signing

Also rumours about Berbatov has hes scored 20 goals in Bundesliga

If its a new striker we need id go for someone like Luca Toni. A consistent performer in the most defensively toughest league.

just a name that gets bandied about. Chimbonda hasn't been that good recently.

Surprised there hasn't been more Ruud swap for Ronaldo stories. He's leaving Madrid this year apparently.

I still think getting rid of ruud this year is a poor decision, but if it does happen we better not be banking on ole and rossi as backups, no offense to either, but ones not fit for every match and the other needs another season i would think
 
I for one just hope Ruud stays! Much rather keep him then bring in Sheva, Ronaldo and others mentioned.

If Ruud stays,it will be like keeping milk that had gone sour in the fridge.If there was a choice between Ruud and Sheva...I'd pick the ukrainian,hands down..Maybe there will be some cash or a player(Silvestre?) involved in that exchange.I'm telling you guys,if Ruud leaves,we WILL get a forward,trust me...Sir Alex loves to buy forwards.
 
I'd sell Silvestre, try to get some cash from the RVN<>Diarra deal (tho unlikely as Lyon arent stupid), and buy Kuyt and Carrick, and maybe Chimbonda.
 
I've just seen Roy Keane's testimonial game.Ronaldo was playing as a free roaming centre forward and he looked good.His runs and timings to beat the offside trap are examplary and his goal proves those points.He points out his index finger to his manager who was sitting at the stands.Sir Alex acknowledges back with his finger and an applause.Solskjaer looked fit playing on the right touchline and a rigourous preseason stint should get him ready for next season.Vidic is another player I'm excited about for next season,he is really getting into the groove,superbly solid at the back.Roll on 06/07!
 
always wondered why Ronaldo wasn't up front more. Scores lots of headers for Portugal. Him and Ole can alternate between right and middle
