Great game, and Seek you can fuck off if all your gonna do is post shit in here, do it in your own forum

It's 2 I think. Isn't 3 for violent conduct or something and it's 2 cos he's been sent off once in the league already this season?

Well I'm speechless. Just glad I got to be there.

The change from epic dissapointment to epic levels of happiness is massive.

Macheda looks useful, Ronaldo was useless, Nani even more so. Not a great performance by anyone in red except Fletcher who was definitely MOTM.

Glad to see the fans getting on Ronaldo's back for not getting up when a foul doesn't go his way.

I'm honestly not bothered if he goes now in summer, I'd definitely take Ribery over him at the minute, regardless of whether he scored twice today.

Fletcher's performance today was brilliant, almost Keane-esqe.

Agreed I was so pissed off at our performance I was seriously considering leaving after Villa scored the 2nd goal.. But we never give up... unlike my mate who decided to text me and say we were crap and we'd lose 3 in a row :D Silly Chelsea boy he is!

Spotted a few of the irish Utd fans today I love the banter I have with them!

Not sure how you can say Ronaldo was "Useless" Cunt? yes but when it came to it at 2-1 who else would have scored that goal? Great players do great things and today he scored twice with both being class goals (2nd especially)

He was awful though!

I can't say I don't care whether he scored or not, because I do, I'm trully glad we're top of the league at the minute, but he was disgustingly bad. An absolute disgrace that someone who has performed like that pretty much all season has the Ballon D'or. He's a disgrace to the 2006-2008 Ronaldo.

I really hope he goes in the summer.

Wellbeck looks class aswell, Thing is this lad gives us that option of the bench that no other CF we have gives us. a real goalscorer.

This is nice.

Wow..GET IN!!! That match almost gave me a heart attack.Kiko Macheda!! I've never really seen him play and was surprised at how huge of a frame he has...I thought he would be a little player of sorts, like Gigi Rossi perhaps. He could be useful towards the finishing line I reckoned.Looks to be technically gifted with composure and poise. That goal was a page taken off from Rooney's books.I hope the other italian,Davide Petrucci, whos more of a playmaker would be just as fantastic.

Right on,our gameplay was bloody awful in the first half.Gaz in the middle? C'mon Sir Alex, that was a bloody mistake.Fletcher and Tevez was immense throughout,Carrick picked up his game in the second and Evans showed how good of a player he really is.He really scraped this one and this could be a platform for us to push on for the title. When Macheda scored,I said to myself..."Thats the title for us!!!"

We were saying that 3 weeks ago, too. It's still wide open. We struggled at home against a side that hasn't won for ages. We still have to play Everton away, Spurs (playing well atm) and Arsenal. We could lose any of those games on current form.
I won't say it's ours until it is.

Yeah I definitely agree with Marukomu, but I think Utd are focused now and the race is very close! It's never over until its over. Hopefully you'll have your starting line-up back to normal.

Nothing wrong with a little bit of optimism! Thats what we needed really, being optimistic at the moment.Macheda's winner rekindled that confidence that was fading away...you can clearly see it in the players with the celebration. We will have our strongest team back now against Porto and hopefully till the end of the title push.

Thats whats giving me hope, although Villa were looking the more likely to score at 1-0 at anfield. Everton,Spurs and Arsenal are pretty tough opponents in the final 8 matches. Will have to start looking at the run-ins.

Haven't we already played Everton H&A? Watching MOTD2 yesterday I remember thinking to myself 'glad we don't need to play them again'. Spuds will be an interesting one - I think by that point they won't be playing for anyhting, but I believe they have the best record against the big 4 this year? Or second best. Anyway, it's going to be an intriguing run in.

As for Ronaldo, I don't get him. When he scored the goals he was clearly a happy, and shared it with the team. But the 88 minutes when he was scoring he was absolutely tosh.

Thought Nani was alright though. Keeping in mind he's a winger, he got a cross in almost every time he had the ball on the sideline. Which is all I believe you can ask of him. The fact that no one was in the box isn't necessarily his fault ;) How rubbish was Tevez? :(

Copied and pasted from the BBC, I'm not fixing that formatting either

Looking at your remaining games, I think you'll win pretty much all, maybe having a test against Arsenal and City. You've still got Boro and you'll probably smash them and get your confidence sky high :(

That's right, everton in FA cup, apologies. City and Boro have a habit of beating us/causing us problems, and Tottenham are looking pretty good. If we can win the next 3 (S'land, Pompey and Spurs) I think we'll be just about there. But we're not going to win out, so have to hope pool won't either!

Whoo maru Macheda played well in that videa of the reserve game.. I've got a good feeling for the lad... Reckon he'll make the bench for Porto game? Bring on the CL week!

Okay, I didn't see this lads performance yesterday but he only played 30 mins? I just get the impression people are going way over the top considering he hardly played.

I know some of you might've seen him in the reserves and that's fair enough but I'm on about the others who are saying he's the next Rooney and better than Ronaldo based on 30 mins of football.

Just seems a bit OTT really?

But the thing is Rooney played well for the last 20-30 mins of his debut against Arsenal and scored a cracking goal so I'm just saying this boy seems like a cracking player a proper goal poacher!

Dags: Off-Topic I know but how's the fund-raising going?

Haven't had any online donations since I first started asking around, but a few people said to get back to them at a later date so I'll chase those up now :)

And CW now has a job, he can put in as well ;)

You want to donate, Sean? :)
