Nothing wrong with a bit of showboating, is there! He did have a really good game, but I haven't seen enough of him to make a judgment.

But Anderson has been brilliant!

I see the true colors as we`re taking to the cleaners...then I said good game , not sure why some of yous lots want to make it more then it is. ( I thought are fullbacks were capable of handling manutd) but if you want to slang then slang on

He had an awful game. Sure he scored, and assisted Fletcher for his header, but that was the ONLY time a pass of his went to our player.

Everything else ended with Arsenal possession.

Lyon on Wednesday is going to a real hard fought match. I really think if we can keep our back four fit for the Champions League it really could be our year. Ben Arfa, Juninho and Benzema will all be hard to keep out but hopefully with a fresh Ronaldo,Tevez,Giggs and somewhat returning to form Rooney we can take a few goals back to Old Trafford :)

Do any of you guys think that your pitch may hamper your quest for silverware? IMO it was a disgrace, I am not making excuses for Saturday as both teams had to deal with it but we only have to play on it once more this season, you have top play on it every other week.

Our pitch was a disgrace this time last year but was sorted by the end of February - nothing to worry about, we have players who can play on any pitches.

Most Balanced???:shock:Their defence is Rubbish without Cris,they got Boumsong:lol:,the last 2 games they played were really average,Juninho is out of form,only their attack is OK at the moment,you 'll definitely score there

Fuck Gilberto, sour grapes - fucking hell, we were 3-0 up (or was it 4?) and playing at home; Nani was entertaining our fans. Isn't that what football is about? ENTERTAINMENT?

Also, Alain is right yet again - Lyon's defence isn't the best.

lyon... aahh... the sweet pleasure of watching champions league... all teams are properly matched.. u guys have to have ure best 4 at the back to stop benzema, fred & juninho.. i hope its a competitive goal scoring match!!

If I am not mistaken,Lyon lost their last game 0-1 to Le Mans in the french Cup at home.They needed their chairman Jean-Michel Aulas put the pressure on coach Alain Perrin and his players on Sunday, three days before they welcome us in the Champions League.

Gallas wont get banned.... The FA punish United more than they do most other clubs. West Ham got away with murder over the whole Tevez and Mascherano saga last year, im sure if that was us they would deduct points for sure!

Yeh, I am sorry, I forgot Cris has been injured for so long :shock:

I thought he would be back by now, since I haven't followed the league for a long time, but obviously, he hasn't according to you. Now, WITHOUT Cris (who is one of the world's very best), I think United are heavy favorites. Lyon's attack is very good, but now I feel that United should win with relative ease.

I am not even suprised anymore. This will be our 12th straight Premiership draw in a row - who did Chelsea get? Fucking Barsnley. Last round Huddersfield and before that it was another Championship team I think.

you never know what happens... yeah lyon lost to le mans but it's completely in champs league. Liverpool are a completely different team when playing in champs league.. both teams have good players... but fact is Ronaldo does go missing in big matches... so i guess u guys will be depending on Tevez, Rooney the most

We have got the experience & flare to get through this tie but it's gonna be tough, I agree. Also "I am over it", I'm more than entitled to a moan - all other supporters do it.
