Manucho does not have the work permit yet and highly likely he wont get it anytime soon.He might be loaned out first to gain some experience and credentials to be able to play in England.

I like Phillipe Lahm very much.Him and perhaps another forward should do it.

We need a forward as well as Lahm!!
 
Do we really need all these players? The squad is perfect for me. I'd probably like another striker but even then I'd feel I'm being picky.

Also, Manucho IS going to feature this season. Fergie has already said so. So lets forget about Defoe and Berbatov - they aren't coming to Old Trafford! :)
 
Park is on the bench today. I hope his fitness is as good as it used to be before the injury. His tireless attitude will be useful during this period of the season.

...and the champions march on. We were a different class today, Sunderland couldn't handle us. Nice to see Saha get two goals. A West Ham who are poor at home next, should be a good match.

Arsenal are playing this evening (19:45KO)

Tbh, with Liverpool showing their inconsistentsy problem again by barely beating a derby side (after demolishing portsmouth without even having to step up to 3rd gear), Chelsea losing important players to injury, suspention and africa and Arsenal losing a couple to Africa and their physical strenght/fatigue likely to be a problem as the season continues I can see manu running away with it.

Manu wont get any weaker due to the african nations cup, Liverpool are probably the only team to get stronger from it, with hopefully Sissoko buggering off for a month, leaving the other two to be weakened by it.

We need a target man, as Saha is too sickly, we definitely need 4 strikers.
Aresnal will fall away in the next month but they will be stronger next year.
Villa had a great game today.
 
Apparently Ferguson was quoted as saying he thinks Utd have made the jump to the top too early and he would have preferred to do it mid March when Utd are knocked out of all cup competitions and they have nothing else to go for.

I wouldn't go that far. We are yet to play Arsenal, Chelsea away, Liverpool and away at an in-form Spurs. Arsenal will keep pushing us too.

And all that starts with an away game to West Ham.Although they are shite at home but they will give us a hard time like they always do...

Some bloke at Sky Sports Paper Talk column posted that he had a reliable source saying that Didi Berbatov is on his way here in January.The same source also gave him first hand news about the arrival of Nani and Anderson...Interesting.

You got a link phrase? Personally if we can keep EVERY player and not let anyone leave in Jan then i wouldnt want anyone but i think Brown is off so we'll have to see what happens

Brown may go. We need a target man and a left back in case Evra gets crocked.

Other than that we are perfect.

Our squad is not perfect last season showed that which is why Larsson was a great loan.

Sir Alex ruled out signing Henke Larsson on load again.Its looking quiet on Brown's front for now but it will sad to see him leave if he does.Personally I dont want Berbatov as he has got such a big ego thing goin on and we dont need that kind of player in our squad.Another full back is a possibility,maybe Phillipe Lahm or Willy Sagnol.
