Forlan is going??? where to?? where u get the news???

Ronaldo...he needs rest, yet, we can't lose and we need him...so what would Fergie do?? he's is sort of a dilema right now deciding on what to do...hahaha

Sky sports and its Villareal!(spelling?)

Subject to personal terms tho!

i finally found the article...and YES!!! HE'S FINALLY LEAVING!!!! Man, it's sad that he can't play well at Manchester...just like Veron...a player of quite class, but just can't adapt to the Premier league and a waste of money...

what were the details to it?? like how much is Villarreal paying??

I don't think that was his reason. Missing the easiest of chances and being just plain nasty at times was his problem.

HELLO MY FELLOW MANCHESTER UNITED SUPPORTERS!! I AM BACK!

for those of you who dont know me, i used to be an addict on this forum, and for multiple private reasons, i stopped posting...but im back now.

anywho united news now... i just read that ronaldo could very well be back to the swing of things for sir alex's side as early as tomorrow when united host norwich. this is definitely good news for all united fans and for the club as well seeing as how this fixture could very much determine whether or not last weeks loss to chelsea was due to injury...

1st half, 1-0 for us.
Could somebody tell me what the hell Miller is supposed to be doing? When I first saw the line-up I thought that he'd be playing DMF, and we'd finally see this 'New Roy Keane'. It seems Djemba Djemba is doing the DMFing while Miller is playing the invisible midfielder, it's basically like we got 10 players out there.
Sorry if I sound harsh, but I just haven't seen him touch the ball except once during the whole first half, hell I stopped seeing him altogether after almost 30 minutes.
Anyways, good possesion for the 1st half. Just wish we'd gotten more out of it.

Fantastic goal by Smith

Goal of the season contender already

Finally the lad looks like he will fulfill his potential

It was alright ;)

Could be a tense final 15 mins tho as Norwich have just scored

Oh united arent really lookin that good tbh, smith's goal was class, but they didnt take control of the game.

Yeah we did, we were camped out in Norwich's half for most of the game. Just lacked a cutting edge at times which Ruud or Saha would possibly give us.

I've never seen Ronaldo play worse than today.

Not being funny mate he came on to hold the ball up!
Jeez people these days any Man u fan understands y he played like that as i bet he wasnt meant 2 come on!

i didn't want him to come on at all!!! he needed rest...so it would've been nice if he could've kept it...but coming on and showing some of his newest footwork is REALLY GOOD!!! I am sure he will get pumped up again for this new season after today!!!!!!!!

Yup, and he came on for what..8-9 mins ?

Yeh i'm sure thats enough time to judge how somebody played

And to be fair he did more in the 8 mins he was on that liam miller did in the rest of the game :|

And for the guy who said he needed rest, this is true but he played less than 10 minutes, that isn't exactly going to kill him ;)

For a man labelled as the new 'Keano'..he just looked ordinary to me.A simple, clean player but I think we already got that in Fletcher and he didnt looked too convincing on the right wing.Djemba Djemba has now officially plant himself in my personal United favourites. He would be massive if he continues his form. From the news below,United are on the trail of yet another,'New Keano'....I think cloning Roy would be a better idea.

Fergie’s keen on ‘Keane’Man United are on the trail of the new Roy Keane - France's midfield sensation Rio Mavuba. The Bordeaux kid won his first cap for the full French side last week after just a dozen first-team appearances at club level. And United boss Sir Alec Ferguson sent super spy Martin Ferguson to run the rule over the lad who has Keane's engine and ability. Mavuba has already attracted an offer from Chelsea, who tried to steal him after he was voted man of the tournament at Toulon's Under-20 festival. But United could step in - maybe even before the deadline - as they realise that Keane is no longer up to a full season in their engine room.

Miller looks a tidy enough player, just a little lightweight for centre midfield in the EPL, he had a quiet game, but FFs you cant really judge him yet, let him bed in , give him at least a season before condemning the poor lad, all this Miller is the new Keano is bollox anyway, the only thing they have in common is that they both come from Cork.

I agree, he had a quiet game yesterday but he's playing on the wing, he's meant to be DMF is he not ?

And phrase, what do you see in djemba djemba ?

He hasn't really impressed me at all so far in every game i've seen him in, he always looks sloppy on the ball and he loses it too easily. I know its dangerous to compare anyone to keane, but he looks nothing near the quality of keano, and i wouldn't have him in my team tbh.

We need better players than that.

Who will Fergie play when all the strikers are fit?

I do now reckon think it will be Van Nistelrooy and Smith

But you never know, when Saha becomes fit and starts playing again he may shine, then Ferguson has a decision to make on who to play. Who knows it may could even be Smith and Saha

who knows

Saha will most likely return before Ruud. So I'd expect to see Smith and Saha in the near future.
